A viscosity measuring system is equipped with a tank, a flow pathway, an external force applying unit, and a pump. The viscosity measuring system further comprises a first pressure detection unit which detects a pressure of the electrode ink, and a second pressure detection unit which detects the pressure of the electrode ink on a more downstream side than the first pressure detection unit. A detection processing unit calculates a viscosity of the electrode ink based on the pressure detected by the first pressure detection unit and the pressure detected by the second pressure detection unit.

A roll conveying unit of a joined body manufacturing apparatus includes a rotating unit and a suction unit. The outer peripheral surface of the rotating unit includes a contact suction portion that makes contact with a first back surface. The rotating unit rotates while bringing the contact suction portion into contact with the first back surface. The suction unit suctions the second layer from the contact suction portion through pores of the first layer, to thereby form a suctioned portion attracted to the contact suction portion under suction, in a laminated body of the first layer and the second layer. The peeling unit peels the coating film from the second back surface of the suctioned portion of the film-attached joined body.

The present invention relates to: a shape correction device for a frame body; and a method for manufacturing an electrolyte film/electrode structure that is provided with a resin frame for a fuel cell. A shape correction device, which corrects the shape of a frame body that is provided with a rectangular opening, is equipped with a pressing mechanism that applies, to each side of the frame body, a pressing force directed from the inner side to the outer side of the opening. The pressing mechanism may have a first bar and a second bar, which apply the pressing force by being in contact with inner wall surfaces of each side of the frame body.

A method for producing a fuel cell membrane electrode assembly includes: a step of bonding a polymer electrolyte membrane and a first catalyst layer-including substrate; a step of making a cut by way of a laser beam so that the first catalyst layer-including substrate bonded with the polymer electrolyte membrane becomes a predetermined shape; a step of peeling an unwanted portion of the first catalyst layer-including substrate from the polymer electrolyte membrane; and a step of forming a second catalyst layer on the other face of the polymer electrolyte membrane, and punching out the polymer electrolyte membrane and second catalyst layer so that the first catalyst layer-including substrate of the predetermined shape bonded on one face is surrounded, in which the laser beam has a wavelength that penetrates the polymer electrolyte membrane without penetrating the first catalyst layer-including substrate.

Method for producing fuel cell membrane electrode assembly

A fuel cell includes an electrolyte electrode assembly, an inner seal member, an outer seal member, a metal separator, and a cell voltage monitor terminal. The electrolyte electrode assembly includes an electrolyte, a pair of electrodes, and a resin frame member. The inner seal member extends around an electrode surface. The outer seal member extends around an outer periphery of the inner seal member. The inner seal member and the outer seal member are disposed on the resin frame member. The cell voltage monitor terminal is embedded in the resin frame member. The cell voltage monitor terminal includes an exposed portion provided between the inner seal member and the outer seal member. The exposed portion is in contact with the metal separator adjacent to the exposed portion.

A vehicle including an energy stocking mechanism having an elastic member connected to the driving wheel of the vehicle so that power of the driving wheel is stocked as elastic force in the elastic member and the stocked elastic force is output as power to the driving wheel, and an output limiter that holds the energy stocking mechanism when the elastic force is stocked in the elastic member and releases the holding of the energy stocking mechanism to output the elastic force when the vehicle starts running. A power stocking source for stocking elastic force into the energy stocking mechanism is installed in the vehicle or a station at which the vehicle stops, and connected to the energy stocking mechanism so that power from the power stocking source is applied to the energy stocking mechanism and stocked as the elastic force in the energy stocking mechanism.
