Disclosed is a connector which has a center contact electrically connected to an inner conductor formed of a corrugated duct, a tubular body electrically connected to an outer conductor and surrounding the center contact , and an insulating member by which the center contact and the tubular body are insulated electrically from each other. The center contact is provided with an external thread part which is brought into mating engagement with the inner conductor, and the external thread part has a first external thread of a first pitch shorter than the pitch of the corrugated duct.

Coaxial cable connector

A connector structure provided with a coaxial connector having an inner contact and an outer contact respectively connected to an inner conductor and an outer conductor of a coaxial cable having the inner conductor and the outer conductor respectively insulated, in which the inner contact has a tapping screw portion screwed into an inner peripheral face of the hollow inner conductor as to do self screw cutting, and the tapping screw portion has a guiding portion, formed parallel to an axis and having an outer diameter approximately same as an inner diameter of the inner conductor, on its forth end.

Connector structure

A connector for a coaxial cable is provided which has been miniaturized for facilitating its handling and storage, and also for reducing the cost and the number of its electric contact points. The cylindrical connector main body is fitted onto the end of the coaxial cable and secured thereto. In this case, the split clamp which is fitted around the external conductor is engaged in the concave stage portion so as to expose the edge of the external conductor. Hexagon socket head cap screws are screwed into the attachment holes so as to incorporate the contact spacer into the connector main body. As a result, the edge of the external conductor is bent on the outer side along the split clamp to form a flare unit, which is contacted and pressed against the base end surface of the contact spacer and electrically connected. The central contact is made up of a bar-like member integral with the anchor unit with grooves and the male thread unit in order to reduce its size in the cable axis X direction. The male thread unit is made to go through the inside hole of the contact spacer and screwed into a female thread unit of the internal conductor to connect them electrically. The connector is connected with another connector by connection volts which go through the connection holes.

Connector for a coaxial cable

Electrical connection of an annular corrugated tube having an outer surface shape wherein grooves and ridges are alternately repeated in the axial direction of the tube in a wave form is carried out by cutting the tube at a groove, disposing a clamping member on each side of a ridge at the cut end of the tube and electrically connecting the tube to the clamping member positioned on the cut end of the tube side of the ridge by squashing the ridge with the clamping members.

Structure for electrically connecting an annular corrugated tube

In a connector having first and second connecting cylinders and a split clamp, the first cylinder has a pressing portion projecting inwardly radially from the inside of one end thereof and an annular portion extending axially forwardly from one end thereof. The second cylinder has a conductive pressed portion opposing the pressing portion when connected to the first cylinder. The clamp is sandwiched between the pressing and pressed portions and held by the annular portion. When the clamp is pressed by the pressing portion in association with the connection of the cylinders, it clamps one end of an outer conductor of a coaxial cable in cooperation with the pressed portion.

Connector and its parts

Polymer compositions for molding in the presence of a foaming agent which comprise at least a polyolefin resin as a base resin and low polarity boron compound powder which is not decomposed at a foaming temperature, such as boron nitride powder as a nucleator. Polymer compositions of the invention are useful for formation of a foamed insulating layer on a conductive material by way of foam molding. By using said polymer composition, a foamed insulating layer excellent in insulation properties which has small dielectric loss factor, tan .delta., at high frequency and high extent of foaming of not less than 70% can be obtained.
