A rotor includes a bolt fixing portion having a plurality of bolts for collectively fixing a plurality of impellers including a disk having a central shaft structure. The disk has a first fitting portion having a plurality of first protrusion portions and first recessed portions, a second fitting portion having a plurality of second protrusion portions and second recessed portions, and a plurality of bolt holes through which the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion pass and into which the bolt is inserted. The first protrusion portion is fitted into the second recessed portion of another adjacent impeller in a state where movement in the circumferential direction is restricted to each other, and the first recessed portion is fitted to the second protrusion portion of another adjacent impeller in a state where movement in the circumferential direction is restricted to each other.

Rotor and compressor

A centrifugal compressor includes: a drive shaft; a wheel gear; a driven shaft; a pinion gear disposed to be rotatable together with the driven shaft, and meshing with the wheel gear; an impeller rotating together with the driven shaft; a thrust collar restricting a displacement of the driven shaft in an axial direction by colliding with the wheel gear in the axial direction; and a plurality of bolts disposed at intervals in a circumferential direction and each extending in the axial direction to fix the thrust collar and the pinion gear. Each of the plurality of bolts fix the thrust collar and the pinion gear in a state where each of the plurality of bolts are inserted from a position opposite to the wheel gear with reference to the thrust collar in the axial direction.

Centrifugal compressor

The impeller of a rotating machine according to at least one embodiment of the present discloser is provided with: a disc; a cover disposed on an opposite side of a radial passage from the disc in an axial direction; and a blade disposed between the disc and the cover. In a dimensionless position along a camber line of the blade when the position of a leading edge of the blade is defined as 0 and the position of a trailing edge of the blade is defined as 1, a position where an angle difference between a first blade angle at a disc-side end portion of the blade and a second blade angle at a cover-side end portion of the blade is maximum is in a range of 0.5 or more and 1 or less. The first blade angle is &#x2212;10 degrees or more and 0 degrees or less at the position where the angle difference is maximum.

Impeller of rotating machine and rotating machine

An impeller of a rotating machine according to at least one embodiment includes: a disc; a cover disposed on an opposite side of a radial passage from the disc in an axial direction; and a blade disposed between the disc and the cover. A back surface of the disc has a recess extending in a circumferential direction in a radial range where the blade is disposed.

An impeller includes: a disk having a first disk member that has a tubular shape centered on an axis, and a second disk member that has a tubular shape centered on the axis and is arranged on a first side of the first disk member in a direction of the axis; a blade that is formed integrally with the second disk member; and a cover that forms a flow passage between the cover and the second disk member by covering the blade from an outer peripheral side. A recessed portion, which is recessed from the first side toward a second side in the direction of the axis, is formed in an annular-shape around the axis in the first disk member.

An impeller includes a disk that has tubular first and second disk members, a blade that is integrally provided with the second disk member, and a cover that is integrally provided with the blade and covers the blade. The first disk member has a ring-shaped recessed portion therein. The second disk member has a ring-shaped engaging portion that is configured to engage with the first disk member by being inserted into the recessed portion. A first shrink-fitting portion is provided in a boundary portion between an outer circumferential surface of the engaging portion and an inner circumferential surface of the recessed portion that comes into contact with the outer circumferential surface.

An impeller includes a disk formed in a disk shape about an axis, and a plurality of blades provided at intervals in a circumferential direction on one side in the axial direction of the disk. The blades define a flow path extending from one side in the axial direction toward a radial outer side and include a low-rigidity region and a high-rigidity region. The low-rigidity region has an inlet, an outlet of the extending region of the flow path, a relatively small plate thickness, and has a relatively small inclination angle with respect to the disk. The high-rigidity region adjacent to the low-rigidity region has a relatively large plate thickness, and a relatively large inclination angle with respect to the disk.

A compressor includes: an impeller attached to a rotation shaft; and a casing covering the impeller from the outside of the rotation shaft in a radial direction. The casing includes a plurality of stationary members that are connected to each other in an axial direction of the rotation shaft and in which a flow path-forming surface is toward the axial direction is formed. The flow path-forming surfaces of two stationary members adjacent in the axial direction face each other to form a flow path extending in the radial direction of the rotation shaft.
