There is provided a driving control device of an opening and closing body, which drives the opening and closing body in a closed state by a motor through an idling section thereof. The device includes a calculation section for calculating a rotation speed difference between a rotation speed of the motor in the idling section and a current rotation speed of the motor; and an insertion detection section for detecting insertion of a foreign member based on the calculated rotation speed difference and a predetermined threshold value. The threshold value monotonously decreases according to an increase in the rotation amount of the motor to coincide with a fully-closed state threshold value at a predetermined rotation amount of the motor within an error range of the rotation amount corresponding to the fully-closed state, and to maintain the fully-closed state threshold value to a maximum rotation amount in the error range.

An opening-and-closing member control apparatus includes a panel drive device moving a movable panel in opening and closing directions, a panel monitoring device monitoring a position of the movable panel between fully closed and opened positions, a sunshade drive device moving a sunshade in opening and closing directions, a sunshade monitoring device monitoring a position of the sunshade between fully closed and opened positions, and a control device controlling driving of the panel drive device and the sunshade drive device on the basis of the position of the movable panel monitored by the panel monitoring device and the position of the sunshade monitored by the sunshade monitoring device, so that the position of the movable panel precedes the position of the sunshade toward the fully closed position when the movable panel and the sunshade move in the closing direction.

An opening-and-closing member drive control apparatus for a vehicle for driving the opening-and-closing member so as to be opened or closed by means of a driving force of a motor after an idling period or an idling section of the motor includes a moving speed detecting member, calculating means for calculating a moving speed changing value, a determining means for determining a sandwiching of an object on the basis of a relationship between the calculated moving speed changing value and a threshold value, a temperature estimating means for estimating a temperature of the motor on the basis of a rotational speed of the motor, detected in the idling period or the idling section, and correcting means for correcting the threshold value so that a determination sensitivity of the sandwiching of the object becomes greater when the estimated temperature of the motor is low than when the estimated temperature of the motor is high.

Opening-and-closing member drive control apparatus for vehicle

A sunroof device includes a roof panel having a first opening portion, a ceiling member having a second opening portion so as to face the first opening portion, a movable panel moved between a full-closed position and an open position, the movable panel passing through a half-closed position, a motor for driving the movable panel, a controlling means for controlling an operation of the motor, an operating member to be operated or released by a passenger in the vehicle, and a switch for inputting an operation signal for operating the motor, and inputting a stop signal for stopping the motor. The controlling means drives the motor until the movable panel reaches the full-closed position while moving towards the full-closed position by the operating member being operated even if the operating member is released after the movable panel reaches the half-closed position.

Sunroof device

A sunroof apparatus which includes an outer panel opening and closing an open portion formed in a vehicular roof panel, a sunshade panel provided at an interior side of the vehicle relative to the outer panel and shading and exposing the interior side through the outer panel, a driving mechanism associated with the outer panel and the sunshade panel, a first clutch mechanism establishing engaged and disengaged states between the driving mechanism and the outer panel and a second clutch mechanism establishing engaged and disengaged states between the driving mechanism and the sunshade panel. The first clutch mechanism engages between the driving mechanism and the outer panel when the driving mechanism drives in one direction while the open portion is closed by the movable pane. The second clutch mechanism engages between the driving mechanism and the sunshade panel when the driving mechanism drives in other direction while the open portion is closed by the outer panel.
