The objective of the present invention is to provide an acrylic ester-based copolymer rubber which gives a rubber product excellent in fuel oil resistance and tensile strength and which is crosslinkable with sulfur and/or an organic peroxide and to provide a process for producing the same, as well as a rubber composition, an oil-resistant and weather-resistant rubber composition, and an oil-resistant and weather-resistant rubber product. The acrylic ester-based copolymer rubber of the present invention comprises a structural unit derived from at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an acrylic acid alkyl ester and an acrylic acid alkoxyalkyl ester in an amount from 40 to 91.9% by mass, a structural unit derived from an unsaturated nitrile monomer in an amount from 8 to 40% by mass, and a structural unit derived from at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of a non-conjugated cyclic polyene and a compound having a specific structure in an amount from 0.1 to 20% by mass (provided 100% by mass of total of these), and has a Mooney viscosity [ML(100&#xb0; C.)] in the range from 10 to 200.

Acrylic rubber, process for its production, and rubber compositions, oil-and weather-resistant rubber compositions, and oil-and weather -resistant rubbers, containing the same

A crosslinkable acrylic rubber composition exhibiting superior balance between the storage stability and cure rate, and having only minimal risk of corroding metals or being contaminated by metals. The cured products made from the composition have excellent tensile strength, permanent compression set, and water resistance. The composition which comprises (1) a halogen-containing acrylic rubber, (2) a triazine thiol compound, (3) a dithiocarbamine acid derivative or a thiuram sulfide compound, or both, (4) a hydrotalcite compound or an organotin compound, or both, (5) an aromatic carboxylic acid compound or an acid anhydride thereof, or both, (6) a white filler with a pH of 2-10, and (7) a silane coupling agent.

Acrylic rubber composition

A plasma etching apparatus capable of accurately controlling the voltage levels of the pins and the temperature of the device under test in the etching process. The apparatus includes: a radiator, located below the table on which the device under test is placed, for releasing heat from the table; and a thermoelectric cooling element, located between the table and the radiator, for controlling temperature of the device under test on the table. The apparatus may also includes: a detachable adaptor, fixedly mounted on the table, made by an electrically and thermally conductive material, and having at least one trapezoidal ridge with trapezoidal cross section having sloping sides inclined by an angle larger than an angle of the pins of the device under test, for holding the device under test on a top face of the trapezoidal ridge with the pins hanging along the sloping sides; and a detachable holder, fixedly attached to the adaptor over the device under test, and having an opening through which the plasmas are injected onto the device under test, for pressing down the device under test with respect to the adaptor.

Plasma etching apparatus with accurate temperature and voltage level

A vacuum drier apparatus capable of preventing the thermal deformation of the protection member as well as scattering of the tempered glass plate in a case of an accidental breaking of the tempered glass plate. The apparatus includes elastic supporter members located between the glass plate and the protection member, for supporting the glass plate and the protection member with respect to each other, such that the glass plate can be pressed tightly to seal off the opening section of the vacuum drying space, while the protection member can be pushed away from an edge of the front side of the opening window by an external pressure exerting on the protection member. The protection member is preferably a transparent plastic plate in an outwardly curving dome-shaped form.

Vacuum drier apparatus

A plastic mold decapsuling apparatus for decapsuling a plastic mold by feeding an etchant to the plastic mold comprises an etchant bottle; an etchant tank; a decapsuling plastic mold holder; an etchant feeding pump; and, in particular, a bell-shaped cover cap for shielding a plastic mold to be decapsuled on the mold holder from outside air to maintain pressure of the etchant fed by the etchant feeding pump. Since the plastic mold is shielded, even if the plastic mold is decapsuled, it is possible to maintain the etchant feeding pressure at a constant level without introducing outside air into the etchant recirculating passage, thus permitting a stable decapsuling treatment.

Plastic mold decapsuling apparatus

A temperature controller for an incubator or an oven for keeping the temperature in a chamber at a constant level by controlling the energization of heaters. The temperature controller is provided with two temperature control systems, each of which comprising a sensor for detecting the temperature in the chamber, a thermostat for setting a temperature which is aimed at in the chamber, an error amplifier for detecting a difference between both output levels of the sensor and temperature setting means, and an electric power control circuit for controlling the energization of the heaters in correspondence with the output pulse-length of the circuit.
