A portable electronic deviceincludes a horizontally long casing, both ends of which are gripped by a user's both hands, respectively. The device further includes a LCD fit into the front face of the casing. Outwardly projecting bulges are respectively formed at both sides of the rear face of the casing where fingers of the user gripping the casingplaced. Since the fingers and palms are naturally flexed to fit to the dome-like bulgesL,R, the portable electronic devicefits comfortably in the user's hands. The operability is hard to be degraded even if the device is vibrated strongly during a game play with the device.

Portable electronic device

A portable electronic device () has a long sideways housing () whose both ends are held by the hands of a user and an LCD fitted in the surface of the housing (). Bulges (L,R) projecting outward are formed on both end portions of the rear face of the housing (), which both end portions being held by fingers of the user holding the housing. When the fingers and palms of user's hands are placed along the bulges (L,R) with the fingers and palms bent naturally, the device fits the hands and operability is less likely to be impaired even the user violently moves in game play with the device.

In a disk containing body including a containing section () for containing a disk (D) formed by mounting a disk main body in a cabinet and a lid section () for closing a disk receiving aperture of the containing section (), the containing section () has a rising wall () that surrounds at least part of the outer periphery of the disk (D) and rises from the bottom surface of the containing section (), a pair of anchoring claws () projecting from the lateral surface of the rising wall () toward each other with the disk (D) interposed between them so as to press the contained disk (D) from the aperture side of the containing section () toward the bottom surface thereof and a plurality of supporting projections () formed at the opposite sides of the line (A) connecting the pair of anchoring claws () and adapted to support the disk (D) at the bottom surface thereof.

Disk containing body and information providing body

A portable electronic device includes a casing provided with a display on its front face and having ends gripped by both hands of a user, and at least one LR-button provided on a side face of the casing. The LR-button includes: an elongated button body having seizing members on both ends, the seizing members contacting against an inner side of the casing to prevent the button body from being detached from the casing; a deformation member pressed by a back of the button body when the button body is pressed; and switch contacts electrically conducted due to the deformation of the deformation member. When one end of the button body is pressed, the button body pivots about a contact point where said seizing means provided on the other end of the button body comes into contact with the casing.

Electronic device and a game controller

A gutter-like antenna tube storage part having a half cylindrical shape, is recessed downward from a flat part of a battery storage part, integrally with a rear case of a housing of a portable terminal device. Therefore, the section modulus of the rear case in terms of the strength of materials can be large, and thus deterioration of the rigidity can be prevented even in the case the device main body is made thinner.

Mobile wireless apparatus

An external thread portion of an antenna holder (,), mounted on an antenna body (,), is connected to an internal thread portion of an antenna holder-receiving member (,) provided on an antenna guide (,), and in this connected condition, an antenna is passed through an antenna body passage hole (,) formed in a casing (,). Then, a fastening member (,) is mounted in a fitting portion (,), which is formed in the casing (,) so as to fix the antenna, and is disposed in the vicinity of the antenna body passage hole (,), thereby fixing the antenna. Therefore, the antenna can be mounted and fixed without using much labor and time.
