There is provided a method for manufacturing an electric junction box that includes: a first bus bar and a second bus bar having one shape selected from a plurality of types of shapes; a housing that accommodates the first bus bar and the second bus bar; and a plurality of input and output portions to which a terminal connected to an external power supply is connectable. The manufacturing method includes: a first operation of providing the first bus bar and the second bus bar that have one of predetermined shapes selected based on a specification of the electric junction box; and a second operation of accommodating the first bus bar and the second bus bar provided by the first operation in the housing.

Method for manufacturing electric junction box

An electric connection box includes a housing configured to accommodate at least one electronic component and an attachment portion provided on the housing, the attachment portion including a through hole through which a fastening member is to be inserted and an attachment surface configured, when the housing is attached to an object, to face the object, the housing being to be attached to the object at the attachment portion by the fastening member. A plurality of recessed portions are provided around an edge portion defining the through hole, the plurality of recessed portions being provided on the attachment surface. At least one of the plurality of recessed portions is provided with an entry prevention portion configured to prevent the fastening member from entering the recessed portion.

Electric connection box

The fixing structure includes an installation portion having an installation hole into which an installation bolt provided in a chassis is inserted, and a spacer supported movably in horizontal directions perpendicular to an axial direction of the installation bolt inside the installation portion in a non-fastened state between the installation bolt and the nut. The spacer has a collar portion that is placed between an inner circumferential surface of the installation hole and an outer circumferential surface of the installation bolt and makes contact with the chassis and the washer in the axial direction of the installation bolt in a fastened state between the installation bolt and the nut, and a flange portion formed to protrude outward from the outer circumference of the collar portion and supported movably in the horizontal directions in a non-fastened state. The flange portion is fixed inside the installation portion in the fastened state.

Fixing structure and electrical connection box

A fixing structure includes an attaching portion, a nut, and a spacer. The attaching portion has an attaching hole through which an attaching bolt provided to a vehicle body is inserted. The nut fixes the attaching portion to the vehicle body by being tightened to the attaching bolt with a washer interposed between the nut and the attaching portion. The spacer is disposed between an inner circumferential surface of the attaching hole and an outer circumferential surface of the attaching bolt, and is in contact with the vehicle body and the washer in an axial direction of the attaching bolt in a state where the attaching bolt and the nut are tightened. The spacer has an opening on a cylindrical side surface thereof and is capable of rotating around the axial direction of the attaching bolt in a state where the attaching bolt is inserted into the opening.

An electric connection box includes a rib that partitions an internal space portion of a casing into a first housing region and a second housing region, a water collection section, and a water passage section. The water passage section is formed by a rib main body portion and water passage walls, an upward side end portion communicates with the water collection section, and a downward side end portion communicates with the outside of the casing. The water passage walls are connected to the guide walls of the water collection section, respectively, and have inclination downward toward a connection location. The guide walls overlap an upward side end portion boundary Ru as viewed in the vertical direction and are disposed on the upward side of the first housing region and the second housing region.

Electric connection box and wire harness

An electrical connection box applied to a wire harness includes a casing and a cover member. The casing is provided with a first member that houses an electronic component and a second member and an insertion port formed on the first member, and an exterior installation unit formed outside the insertion port of the first member with an end of an exterior member of which being arranged in a stacking direction. The cover member has a pair of locking units, and is locked to the exterior installation unit via the pair of locking units and holds an end of the exterior member between the cover member and the first member. The second member includes a pressing wall that interposes an end to be pressed of the cover member between the pressing wall and the first member and that presses the end to be pressed toward the first member side.

Screw block installation structure for a junction box

A junction box includes a box body, an upper cover, and a side cover. The box body has a side wall portion, an electric distribution portion, and a drain hole which is located at the inside of the side wall portion. The upper cover has a top panel and a down wall portion which are downwardly provided from the peripheral end of the top panel. The side cover has a terminal connected to the electric distribution portion and a case portion which covers the terminal. A drain groove is provided on an upper face of the case portion along the side wall portion. A downward slope is formed towards the drain hole on a bottom face of the drain groove.

Junction box

A junction box includes a box body that has a component mounting portion, an upper cover that covers an upper part of the box body, and a side cover that is attached to a side face of the box body. The box body has a side wall portion which surrounds a component mounting portion and an electric distribution portion which is electrically connected to the component mounting portion. The upper cover has a top panel and a down wall portion which are downwardly provided from the peripheral end of the top panel. The side cover has a terminal and a case portion which covers the terminal. A recess or a hole which is located outside the down wall portion of the upper cover is formed on an upper face of the case portion.

A connection structure for a screw block, wherein a screw member and a bus bar are disposed in one side of an insulative screw block body, a power supply circuit is screw-connected to the bus bar by the screw member, a terminal portion of the bus bar is housed in an internal space of the screw block body, a wire-equipped terminal for power supply distribution is housed in the internal space from another side of the screw block body, and the wire-equipped terminal and the terminal portion of the bus bar are connected to each other, is provided.

Connection structure for a screw block for fitment with a component attachment block

Lock portionsare provided more inside than outermost wall surfacesof a cassette relay block, and the cassette relay blockis inserted into space surrounded by peripheral wallstoon an attaching side, and fixed by the lock portionsand locked portionslocated on the peripheral wall side. The peripheral wallstoon the attaching side are formed as a cassette frame. The cassette frame is used in common for the cassette relay blockor other cassette electric parts mounting blocks. The plural cassette frames are coupled to each other by lock members, and coupled to a connection box body by locked members thereby to constitute an electric connection box.

Cassette relay block attachment structure

An electric connection box includes a harness holding portion formed on a lower wall of a lower cover and extending downwardly from the lower cover, and a fixing member which fixes a wire harness, led out through a harness lead-out through hole, to the harness holding portion.

In an electric connection box, even if accuracy of a relative position between a first screw passage hole and a first screw hole, as well as accuracy of a relative position between a second screw passage hole and a second screw hole, is low, the relative positional relation between the first screw passage hole and the first screw hole, as well as the relative positional relation between the second screw passage hole and the second screw hole, can be adjusted because of the provision of a gap between an outer peripheral surface of a constricted engagement portion of a provisionally-placing projection and a hole-defining peripheral surface of a mounting member at the time of mounting a connection box body on the mounting member so that the passage of a first screw through the first screw passage hole and the first screw hole, as well as the passage of a second screw through the second screw passage hole and the second screw hole, can be easily carried out.

An electric connection box includes a box body and a lower cover. The box body includes a body portion on which a terminal end of a wire harness is adapted to be mounted, and a harness lead-out portion for receiving the wire harness. The lower cover includes a cover body attached to the body portion, and a lead-out cover attached to the harness lead-out portion. The cover body and the lead-out cover are separate from each other. The lead-out cover includes a harness receiving portion for receiving a second wire harness.

In order to insert a wiring harness and to retain it in a mounting hole in a body panel a grommet is so designed that a first cylinder and a second cylinder are connected together via a connector and that a plurality of flanges and guide portions are radially formed. For the grommet when the second cylinder is everted, the flanges are closely attached to the outer face of the first cylinder and are inserted into the mounting hole and do not interfere with the guide portions Then, when reversion of the second cylinder is effected, a groove is fitted into the mounting hole.
