A urination disorder treatment device includes a pair of body-surface electrode pads to supply an electrical stimulation signal from a back of a sacral bone, a stimulation signal control output circuit from which the pair of body-surface electrode pads supply the stimulation signal, a first measurement portion to measure electrocardiographic data based on a signal of electrical activity of the heart of the person to be treated, and a control portion to control supply of the stimulation signal based on an electrocardiographic waveform measured by the first measurement portion. A heart rate of the person to be treated may be judged to be a normal value from the electrocardiographic data, the control portion may delay timing of an output pulse from the pair of body-surface electrode pads so as not to be synchronized with the atrial systole P or the ventricular systole R of the electrocardiographic waveform.

Electrically stimulating therapy device

Provided is a urination disorder treatment device which easily confirms with high accuracy whether it is appropriately used or not. In the urination disorder treatment device, a control portion compares a stimulation pulseby a pair of body-surface electrode pads with a detection pulseof a toe to judge whether a nerve passing through the sacral bone or the vicinity of the sacral bone is appropriately stimulated by the stimulation pulseor not. Further, the detection pulseis generated by reactions of the tibial nerve and/or the peroneal nerve extended up to the tiptoe which are connected to the nerve passing through the sacral bone or the vicinity of the sacral bone by way of the ischiadic nerve.

A urination disorder treatment device includes a pair of body-surface electrode pads, an indifferent electrode padwhich is larger in area than a body-surface electrode padwith a relatively larger area, of the pair of body-surface electrode pads, and disposed in the vicinity of the pair of body-surface electrode pads, and a control portionwhich supplies an electric signal to the pair of body-surface electrode padsand the indifferent electrode pad. The control portionexecutes any one of the following processing, that is, (1) a stimulation signal is output from one of the pair of body-surface electrode padswith respect to a reference potential set to an average potential of the other of the pair of body-surface electrode padsand the indifferent electrode pad, (2) a stimulation signal is output from both of the pair of body-surface electrode padswith respect to a reference potential set to the indifferent electrode pad, or (3) a stimulation signal is output from one of the pair of body-surface electrode padswith respect to a reference potential set to the indifferent electrode pad
