In an X-ray dose management system, a dental radiograph device includes an imaging condition setter, an output information creator, and an information communicator that sends the output information to a wireless tag. An X-ray imaging element includes an X-ray image information obtainer and a wireless tag. An information reading device includes an output information reader and an information communicator that sends the read output information to an information terminal. The information terminal includes a patient information retriever that retrieves patient information from a patient information storage, a communicator that receives the output information, and an output information processor that records the output information and the patient information in association with each other in the patient information storage.

X-ray dose management system and X-ray dose management method

A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device is provided. A bonding tool with a wire tail extending out of the tip thereof is lowered to bring the tip of the wire tail into contact with a bonding surface of the semiconductor device. Next, the bonding tool in a direction intersecting with the axial direction of the bonding tool (Z direction) is moved to bend the wire tail with the tip of the wire tail in contact with the bonding surface. Then the bonding tool is lowered to form the wire tail into a predetermined shape such that the tip of the wire tail points upward. And then, a wire looping step, a second bonding step and a wire cutting step are performed. This allows the wire tail to be formed easily and efficiently into a predetermined shape.

A fingerprint input apparatus is provided that specifies the cause when a failure in fingerprint reading occurs and then notifies a user of the content of the cause and/or the countermeasure against it. The fingerprint input apparatus comprises a fingerprint sensor () for reading a fingerprint and then outputting fingerprint image data corresponding to the fingerprint, a fingerprint analyzer () for analyzing the quality of a fingerprint image represented by fingerprint image data and creating an evaluation result representing the cause of the quality failure and/or a countermeasure against it when the analysis result indicates a quality failure, and an evaluation result display () for displaying the evaluation result.

A washing apparatus includes a washing bath in which articles to be cleaned are washed. The washing bath contains a detergent of a kind containing a nonion surface active agent and a terpene-based solvent as principal components thereof. The articles to be cleaned are, after having been washed in the washing bath, immersed in a rinsing bath containing a rinsing water. The rinsing bath is provided with a recirculating passage extending from a portion of the rinsing bath back to another portion of the rinsing bath, a precision filter disposed on the recirculating passage and having a micro-porous membrane having an average pore size not smaller than 0.01 .mu.m, but not greater than 0.2 .mu.m, and an adsorbent filter containing a mass of activated carbon for substantially purifying the rinsing water which has been passed through the precision filter. The articles to be cleaned are first washed with the detergent of the specified kind and then rinsed within the rinsing bath. The rinsing water used for the articles is, after having been filtered through the micro-porous membrane, substantially purified by the adsorbent filter containing a mass of activated carbon.

In an active matrix liquid crystal device assuming a light blocking condition when a voltage is applied, there are provided a main plate formed with a pixel electrode, wiring electrodes and a switching transistor, an opposing plate formed with an opposing electrode, and a liquid crystal material sandwiched between the main plate and the opposing plate, so that a transmission light is irradiated from the main plate side. A light blocking layer acting also as a storage capacitor electrode is provided on the main plate through an insulating layer under the wiring electrode, the switching device and a periphery of the pixel electrode. Thus, it is to prevent light leakage at a boundary of a pixel, and to simultaneously suppress and conceal an orientation abnormality of the liquid crystal occurring at a periphery of the pixel electrode.

Information producing apparatus for producing position and direction information of chip-like electric parts for use in the chip mount system. This apparatus comprises: a tablet digitizer; X and Y axis position memories to store the X and Y axis position data of the cursor; a menu position memory to store the position of the menu drawing which is divided into many menu spots and is attached on the tablet; a menu spot memory in which data corresponding to the menu spots is stored; a discrimination unit to discriminate whether the cursor is located within the menu drawing or not; and an arithmetic operation unit to calculate the menu spot position corresponding to the cursor position when the cursor exists in the menu drawing. When the cursor is out of the menu drawing, the readout data from the X and Y axis position memories is used as the position information on the printed wiring board of the chip-like electric parts to be installed. When the cursor is in the menu drawing, the readout data from the menu spot memory is used as the attaching direction information in accordance with the menu spot based on the cursor position.

Information producing apparatus

An iron powder developer carrier for electrophotography having at least the outer surface thereof coated with iron oxide. The iron oxide has a particle size of 50 to 200.mu., an apparent density of 1.5 to 2.5 g/cm.sup.3 and a specific surface area of 0.01 to 0.3 m.sup.2 /g. A process for the preparation of iron powder developer carriers for electrophotography, which comprises the steps of subjecting a starting iron powder to a primary calcination treatment in an inert gas atmosphere without using a binder, pulverizing and classifying said calcination product to prepare an intermediate iron powder, reducing the intermediate iron powder in a reducing atmosphere and washing the intermediate iron powder, and subjecting the intermediate iron powder to an oxidizing calcination treatment.

Developing material for electrophotography, process for preparation

An iron powder developing carrier for developing an electrostatic latent image, a manufacturing method thereof, a developer containing said developing carrier and a method of forming a visible image by using said developer. Said iron powder developing carrier has the apparent density from 1.5 to 2.5. Said manufacturing method comprises the steps of sintering a raw iron powder having been ground to particles of not larger than 50 microns in diameter without using any binder agent at the temperature from 900.degree. to 1200.degree. C. to form an sintered body, grinding and classifying said sintered body into an intermediate iron powder having the particle diameter from 50 to 200 microns, then treating said intermediate iron powder to oxidize at the temperature from 280.degree. to 390.degree. C., and adjusting the resultant iron powder so as to have the apparent density from 1.5 to 2.5.
