A decorative sheet includes a design layer, a primer layer and a surface protective layer formed by cross-linking and curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition in this order on a base material. A surface of the surface protective layer is smooth. A ten point average roughness RzJIS on a rear face of the decorative sheet and a thickness T of the base material satisfies the following equation (I); and an arithmetic average roughness Ra on the rear face and a thickness T of the base material satisfies the following equation (II):&#xd7;0.30&#x2265;&#x2003;&#x2003;(I)&#xd7;0.20&#x2265;&#xd7;0.005&#x2003;&#x2003;(II)Or an arithmetic average roughness Ra on a rear face of the decorative sheet is 1.0 to 10.0 &#x3bc;m. The present invention provides a decorative sheet that excels in moldability and a decorative resin-molded article that uses the decorative sheet and that excels in chemical resistance. In the decorative sheet, at least a substrate layer and a surface protection layer formed of an ionizing radiation curable resin composition are stacked. The surface protection layer includes blocked isocyanate.

The decorative sheet is characterized in that: a binder resin for a second picture ink that constitutes the second picture layer is a thermoplastic resin; the surface protective layer is formed of a crosslinking-cured product of an ionizing radiation curable resin composition that contains a polycarbonate (meth)acrylate and/or an acrylic silicone (meth)acrylate; and a low gloss pattern layer that has a low luster region is formed in the surface protective layer right above the second picture layer by the interaction between the ionizing radiation curable resin and the thermoplastic resin. There are provided a shaping sheet provided on a surface thereof with a fine irregular shape which is capable of forming a fine pattern with a high-grade feel on a material to be shaped, and is excellent in releasability from the material, as well as a decorative plate shaped by the shaping sheet. The shaping sheet of the present invention includes a substrate, at least an ink layer partially formed on the substrate and a surface shaped layer which is present on and contacted with the ink layer so as to cover a whole surface including both a region where the ink layer is formed and a region where no ink layer is formed, wherein the surface shaped layer is formed by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition, and has a convex shape on a surface thereof which is located in a portion just above the ink layer and in the vicinity of the portion. The shaping sheet is provided on a surface thereof with a fine irregular shape, which is capable of forming a fine pattern with a high-grade feel on a material to be shaped, and excellent in releasability from the material.

The present invention relates to a production process for a decorative sheet comprising a step in which a primer layer is formed on a releasing film having a smooth surface, a step in which a design layer is formed on the above primer layer, a step in which the primer layer and the design layer are transferred on a base material, a step in which the releasing film on the base material is peeled off, a step in which an ionizing radiation curable resin composition is laminated on the primer layer formed on the base material and a step in which the above ionizing radiation curable resin composition is cross-linked and cured to form a surface protective layer. Capable of being provided is a decorative sheet of a high gloss which keeps a surface smoothness and a gloss and maintains a design feeling even after three-dimensional molding such as insert molding, injection molding simultaneous decoration and the like and which is less liable to generate dents and wounds on a surface by wrapping therein foreign matters even when winding the decorative sheet on a roll and less liable to produce scratches and wrinkles by bringing a surface and a rear face of the decorative sheet into close contact with each other.

A decorative sheet for three-dimensional processing having a support and at least a surface protective layer laminated thereon, where the decorative sheet for three-dimensional processing has a breaking elongation (according to JIS K 7127) exceeding 300% at temperature higher by 40&#xb0; C. than a thermal deformation temperature of the above support measured by an ASTM D648 method, and the above surface protective layer is obtained by cross-linking and curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition and has a film thickness of 0.2 to 6.0 &#x3bc;m.

Decorative sheet for three-dimensional work

The present invention provides a decorative sheet having a base film made of a thermoplastic polyester resin and a decorative layer on the base film, and provides a decorated resin molding produced by using the decorative sheet. The base film is not broken in both of MD (a flow direction of film-forming) and TD (a direction perpendicular to MD) and has a stress of 20 N/cmor less in any of MD and TD under a 200% elongation at 80&#xb0; C. The decorated resin molding includes a resin molding and the decorative sheet which is unitedly laminated to the resin molding. The decorative layer of the decorative sheet faces toward the resin molding. The decorative sheet is suitable for producing the decorated resin molding by a decorating injection molding method.
