A method for producing an injection-molded body from a molding material containing a poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) resin includes: melting the molding material by heating the molding material to a temperature between a melting point peak temperature and a melting point peak end temperature in differential scanning calorimetry analysis of the molding material, wherein the difference between the melting point peak temperature and the melting point peak end temperature of the molding material is from 10 to 70° C.; injecting the molten molding material into a mold having a temperature of 30 to 80° C.; and cooling the molding material in the mold to crystallize and solidify the molding material.

A diaphragm valve includes a valve body that defines a flow path through which fluid flows and an opening that opens to the outside in a middle of flow path; a flexible partition member that covers the opening and separates the flow path from the outside, and changes a cross-sectional area of the flow path; and a flexible support member disposed on a rear surface side opposite to a flow path side of the flexible partition member. A housing is fixed to the valve body via peripheral portions of the flexible partition member and the flexible support member. A humidity sensor that detects a state of an atmosphere or a change thereof in a space defined by the flexible support member and an inner surface of the housing. The diaphragm valve is capable of preventing fluid in a diaphragm valve from leaking to the outside due to breakage of a diaphragm.

A valve device includes: a body formed with a valve chamber, a first inflow passage, a second inflow passage, an outflow passage, and an annular groove and provided with a valve seat; and a diaphragm configured to communicate with and interrupt the second inflow passage and the outflow passage. An end portion of the second inflow passage is open to the valve chamber. The valve seat is provided on a peripheral edge of a location where the valve chamber and the second inflow passage communicate with each other. The annular groove is open to the valve chamber and is formed around the second inflow passage. An end portion of the outflow passage is open to the annular groove. The first inflow passage has a plurality of flow passages including an inflow port and a plurality of outflow ports, and each outflow port is open to the annular groove.

A valve body unit is configured to be disengaged from a stem by moving the stem and the valve body unit to a valve seat side in a state where a bonnet is separated from the valve seat, thereby pushing a replacement ring such that the replacement ring moves through the bonnet while decreasing in diameter and then drops down onto a ring dropping portion in the free state, then moving the stem, the valve body unit, and the replacement ring to an opposite side to the valve seat side such that a first surface comes into contact with a second surface and the ring dropping portion comes into contact with the replacement ring, and in this state, moving only the stem to the opposite side to the valve seat side such that the connection formed by a connecting mechanism between the stem connection portion and the stem is released.

A valve device includes: a valve device body including a valve seat; a diaphragm that is provided to cover a valve chamber; a stem; and a valve body portion that is inserted into a central portion of the diaphragm, and that is configured to open and close the fluid passage by approaching the valve seat and separating from the valve seat. The diaphragm includes a main diaphragm, and a support diaphragm positioned on an opposite side of the main diaphragm to the valve chamber side and provided in contact with the main diaphragm. A first terminal end portion on an inner peripheral side of the main diaphragm is fixed to the valve body portion. A second terminal end portion on an inner peripheral side of the support diaphragm is separated from the first terminal end portion on the inner peripheral side of the main diaphragm.

A first lever portion includes a first point-of-effort portion, a first fulcrum portion, and a first point-of-load portion. A second lever portion has a second point-of-effort portion, a second fulcrum portion, and a second point-of-load portion. A first point-of-effort portion is located between a first fulcrum portion and a first point-of-load portion in a direction orthogonal to an axis of a stem. A second fulcrum portion is located between a second point-of-effort portion and a second point-of-load portion in the direction orthogonal to the axis. A distance between the second fulcrum portion and the second point-of-load portion is configured longer than a distance between the second fulcrum portion and the second point-of-effort portion. The second point-of-load portion of the second lever portion is displaced toward the stem and moves the stem toward the piezoelectric element by means of displacement of the intermediate member to the second lever portion side.

Actuator, valve device, and fluid control apparatus

An actuator includes: a casing; a reciprocating member provided in the casing to be reciprocatable; a drive part provided in the casing to drive the reciprocating member; a booster mechanism which is configured to amplify a drive force applied by the drive part to the reciprocating member; and a moving member which is configured to move on receiving the force amplified by the booster mechanism. The booster mechanism includes a plurality of levers which are arranged in a circumferential direction of the moving member. Each of the levers has an effort portion which is configured to receive the force from the reciprocating member, a fulcrum portion which is configured to come into contact with the casing to serve as a center of a revolution of the lever, and a load portion which is configured to transmit the force to the moving member.

An object is to increase crystallization speed, which is a drawback of polyhydroxyalkanoate, to improve processability in processing such as injection molding or blow molding and increase the speed of processing and is, in addition, to refine the crystal of polyhydroxyalkanoate to suppress a change of mechanical properties with passage of time of a resulting molded article. This invention aims at improving the tear strength of a film and a sheet molded from a resin composition containing microorganism-produced aliphatic polyester. This invention relates to a biodegradable polyester resin composition containing polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT) in the proportion of 60 to 400 parts by weight and modified-glycerin in the proportion of 10 to 50 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of aliphatic polyester (P3HA) having a repeating unit represented by Formula (1): [&#x2014;CHR&#x2014;CH&#x2014;CO&#x2014;O&#x2014;] (wherein R is an alkyl group represented by CHand n is an integer of 1 or more and 15 or lower) and a film or a sheet obtained by molding the biodegradable polyester resin composition in which the maximum major axis of phases containing the aliphatic polyester (P3HA) measured by a transmission electron microscopy analysis-image analysis method (TEM method) is 18 &#x3bc;m or lower and the average value is 8 &#x3bc;m or lower.

Biodegradable polyester resin composition

An object of the invention is to provide a resin composition which is particularly excellent in impact resistance, tensile elongation characteristics, heat resistance, surface properties, moldability and the like accompanied by less time dependent alteration of these properties and which is produced by mixing a certain plasticizer with a biodegradable polymer of plant origin, and to provide a molded product of the composition. Biodegradable resin composition and molded article of the same

Disclosed is a resin composition excellent in impact resistance, tensile properties and processability such as draw down property, which is produced by using a plant-derived biodegradable polymer produced by actively fixing carbon dioxide present in the earth. Disclosed is a resin composition excellent in molding processability which comprises a plant-derived biodegradable plastic produced by actively fixing carbon dioxide present in the earth.
