A multiplexing device including a multistage slave configured to process control data transmitted from a master in an industrial network, a multiprocessing device configured to multiplex the control data transmitted from a first slave of the multistage slave, the first slave being disposed at an upstream side to the master of the multistage slave, and transmit the control data so multiplexed to a second slave of the multistage slave by way of a multiplex communication line, the second slave being situated at a downstream side of the multistage slave, and a control device configured to issue a disconnection command to disconnect a communication between the first slave and the multiprocessing device in response to a disconnection of the multiplex communication line.

There are provided a slave, a work machine, and a method for storing log information, which are capable of appropriately store the log information when a communication abnormality occurs such that communication cannot be kept between a master and the slave in an industrial network. The control section performs first storage processing storing the log information into a volatile storage section when a communication abnormality occurs such that communication with the master cannot be kept, communication abnormality determination processing for determining whether the communication abnormality has occurred, and second storage processing storing the log information into a non-volatile storage section by acquiring the log information from the volatile storage section, in response to a determination made in that the communication abnormality has occurred as a result of the communication abnormality determination processing.

The present invention provides a detachable-head-type camera which, when a camera head unit is exchanged, can perform correction processing with a unique value corresponding to a camera head unit after the exchange, and provides a work machine including the detachable-head-type camera. Camera head unit of detachable-head-type camera is detachably connected to image data generation section via dedicated cable. In non-volatile memory of camera head unit, unique value corresponding to the characteristics unique to at least one of imaging element or lens is stored. Unique value is used for correction processing of image data performed by at least one of image data generation section or image processing unit.

Provided are a multiplex communication system and a work machine that can appropriately perform transmission and reception of data between a processing circuit used in an industrial network and a multiplex processing section that multiplexes and transmits control data transmitted in the industrial network. A slave processes control data in the industrial network. The control data processed by the slave is transmitted and received by the multiplex communication by a multiplex processing section. A DUMMY-PHY, which is connected between the multiplex processing section and the slave, generates, in a pseudo manner, a signal compliant with an MII communication standard using a pseudo signal generation section, and transmits the generated signal to the slave, thereby performing establishment of communication. The DUMMY-PHY performs data transmission between the multiplex processing section and the slave after establishing communication with the slave.

In an electronic component mounting device, a first multiplexing device of a head section which is attachable to and detachable from a Y-axis slider is connected to a second multiplexing device through an electric communication cable. The first multiplexing device, from which the cable is likely to be removed, is connected through the electric communication cable for which the communication failure due to dust or the like is relatively unlikely to occur. Second and third multiplexing devices, from which cables are less likely to be removed, are connected through the optical communication cable. The second multiplexing device separates data directed to the input and output device, among frame data received from the third multiplexing device, multiplexes only data directed to the first multiplexing device from the second multiplexing device, and transfers the multiplexed data to the first multiplexing device by the electric communication cable.

A multiplexing communication system is provided in which, even in a case where communication uses a multiplex data string in which multiple types of pieces of data that are different in error processing by a multiplexing communication system and a substrate working machine are present mixedly, it is possible to perform the error processing suitable for every type of data. A transmission data composition processing section at a transmitting side performs setting processing for error detection in accordance with a data transfer rate and a data processing time for each of the multiple types of pieces of data, and then multiplexes these pieces of data using a multiplexing section, and transmits a result of the multiplexing.

A multiplexing communication system is capable of maintaining an appropriate response speed of a control with respect to an electromagnetic motor based on an encoder signal during multiplexing and transmission of the encoder signal. A transmission data composition processing section of a multiplex communication device multiplexes encoder signals ENCDto ENCDoutput from a linear scale and a rotary encoder into frame data FRMD and transmits the data. The transmission data composition processing section sets the encoder signals ENCDto ENCDto bit positions of the frame data FRMD respectively corresponding to the linear scale and the rotary encoder. At the bit positions where the encoder signals ENCDto ENCDare set, the encoder signal ENCD and information showing the presence or absence of the data of the encoder signal ENCD are alternately set for each cycle of transmission of the frame data FRMD.
