A work vehicle includes a blade, a shutter, a notification unit, and a controller. The blade includes a lower end. The shutter is attached to the blade. The shutter can be alternatively disposed at a first position at which the shutter protrudes forward from the lower end of the blade or at a second position at which the shutter is farther away from the lower end than at the first position. The notification unit is configured to notify surroundings of the work vehicle about information of the work vehicle. The controller is configured to change information notified by the notification unit in accordance with an arrangement of the shutter at one of the first position and the second position.

Work vehicle

A work vehicle allowing a simplified operation to open and close a shutter in a simple configuration is provided. The shutter can be disposed alternatively at a first position at which the shutter protrudes forward from a lower end of a blade or at a second position at which the shutter is farther away from the lower end than at the first position. The controller is configured to receive an input of an operation instruction from an input operation unit for moving the shutter from the second position to the first position, to cause the shutter to move from the second position to the first position. After a lapse of a prescribed time period since the shutter is moved to the first position, the controller causes the shutter to move from the first position to the second position.

A wheel loader includes a cab, steps provided beside the cab, an engine disposed to the rear of the cab, a vehicle body cover covering the engine, and an air cleaner. The air cleaner has a filter exchangeable by being pulled out horizontally. The air cleaner is connected to the engine via an intake pipe. The air cleaner is disposed to an outside of the vehicle body cover and to the rear of the cab, and is disposed in a slanted manner so that a side from which the filter is pulled out is further away from the cab than an opposite side.

Wheel loader

An engine control device of the wheel loader includes a travelling state detecting unit for detecting a travelling state of the wheel loader, a mode switching determining unit, an acceleration speed detecting unit and a switching time controlling unit. The acceleration speed detecting unit detects the acceleration speed of the wheel loader when the mode switching determining unit determines that it is required to switch between the engine output modes from a low output mode to a high output mode based on a detection result of the travelling state detecting unit. The switching time control unit controls the switching time from start to end of mode switching to be: a first time when the acceleration speed detected by the acceleration speed detecting unit is either 0 or negative; and a second time greater than the first time when the detected acceleration speed is positive.

A wheel loader includes a vehicle frame, an engine, an operating fluid tank, a stand, a rear support frame, and a base member. The engine is mounted on the vehicle frame. The operating fluid tank is disposed in front of the engine. The stand is fixed to the vehicle frame and supports the operating fluid tank. The rear support frame is disposed facing the stand with the engine interposed there-between and fixed to the vehicle frame. The base member is disposed above the engine and has one end fixed to an upper part of the stand and the other end fixed to an upper part of the rear support frame. A diesel particular filter, a nitrogen oxide reduction catalytic converter, and a connecting pipe are all mounted on the base member with the connecting pipe connecting the diesel particulate filtering device and the nitrogen oxide reduction catalytic converter.

A wheel loader includes a vehicle frame, an engine, a supporting mechanism, a diesel articulate filtering device, and a connecting pipe. The engine is mounted on the vehicle frame, and the supporting mechanism is fixed to the vehicle frame. The diesel particulate filtering device is mounted on the supporting mechanism above the engine and has an exhaust gas inlet facing the rear. An exhaust upstream side end part of the connecting pipe is coupled to an exhaust part of the engine, and an exhaust downstream side end part of the connecting pipe is connected to an exhaust gas inlet of the diesel particulate filtering device from the rear. The connecting pipe includes an extending part that is disposed below the diesel particulate filtering device and extends rearward of the diesel particulate filtering device from the exhaust upstream side end part, and a flexible pipe part provided in the extending part.

In this work vehicle, a control unit controls a shift in a speed gear of a transmission according to the vehicle velocity. The control unit determines whether or not the acceleration rate of the vehicle is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold when the vehicle velocity is within a predetermined first range. The control unit switches a lock-up clutch from a not-connected state to a connected state when the acceleration rate of the vehicle is equal to or less than the predetermined threshold. The control unit maintains the lock-up clutch in a not-connected state when the acceleration rate of the vehicle is greater than the predetermined threshold.

This engine control device of a self-propelled working vehicle is an engine control device of a self-propelled working vehicle that includes a working machine hydraulic pump for driving a working machine, and includes a vehicle velocity detection section configured and arranged to detect a vehicle velocity and a traction force control section. The traction force control section is configured to reduce the traction force by limiting the maximum throttle amount when the vehicle velocity is less than or equal to predetermined velocity based on the result detected by the vehicle velocity detection section.

Engine control device for working vehicle

An engine load control device is adapted to a working vehicle in which output of an engine is transmitted to drive wheels and to hydraulic actuators including a working equipment hydraulic actuator via a plurality of variable capacity hydraulic pumps. The control device includes an engine speed detection unit that detects an engine speed, an instruction content detection unit that detects contents of instructions of a speed instruction device, a hydraulic pump load detection unit that detects load of at least one load detection hydraulic pump among the variable capacity hydraulic pumps, and an absorption torque control unit. The absorption torque control unit controls absorption torque of at least one control hydraulic pump other than the load detection hydraulic pump based on detection results of the engine speed detection unit, the instruction content detection unit, and the hydraulic pump load detection unit.

Engine-load control device for working vehicle

An engine control device is adapted to a working vehicle that is capable of switching between a power mode and an economy mode, and capable of forcibly downshifting through gears of a transmission so as to shift down to a lower speed side. The engine control device includes an engine mode determining section configured to determine whether the engine mode is in the power mode or the economy mode, a gear detection section configured to detect current gear of a plurality of gears, a kick-down detection section configured to detect a kick-down instruction, and a control section configured to switch the engine into the power mode when the kick-down instruction is detected while the engine mode is in the economy mode and the gears are in the lowest gear.

The construction machine comprises a first mode to set the maximum output of an engine to a prescribed output, a second mode to limit the maximum output of the engine to an output lower than the prescribed output and a mode selector switch used for a operator to select from the plurality of modes. The construction machine also comprises control means that controls the machine to operate in the second mode regardless of the mode selected by the mode selector switch when a vehicle speed is equal to or less than a prescribed speed and the opening of an accelerator is equal to or more than a prescribed opening.
