A refrigerant recovery apparatus is connected between a target apparatus from which a refrigerant is recovered and a refrigerant recovery container. The apparatus includes a compressor, a condenser, and a residual refrigerant recovery path. The compressor sucks the refrigerant from a refrigerant circuit of the target apparatus and compresses the refrigerant. The condenser condenses the refrigerant discharged from the compressor and sends the refrigerant to the refrigerant recovery container through a main refrigerant recovery path. The residual refrigerant recovery path through which a decompression mechanism on a branch path branching from the main refrigerant recovery path decompresses a residual refrigerant in the condenser. The decompressed refrigerant is sucked into the compressor and pressurized. The pressurized refrigerant is sent into the refrigerant recovery container. An auxiliary heat exchanger is connectable near an outlet of the condenser and upstream of a junction between the main and branch paths.

Refrigerant recovery apparatus

A joint for bringing into communication a first fluid passageway and a second fluid passageway of a nut member includes a push rod and a main body. The main body forms a push rod storage space, a communication path, a seal structure forming part and a male thread part. The push rod storage space houses the push rod so that one part of the push rod protrudes along a push rod longitudinal direction. The seal structure forming part is capable of forming a seal structure by contacting a first tapered part of the nut member. The male thread part is capable of screwing together with a female thread part of the nut member such that the seal structure forming part contacts the first tapered part. The part of the portion of the push rod contacts one part of the nut member.

Joint

A refrigerant circuit () is formed by connecting, in the order given, a compressor (), a four-way selector valve (), an outdoor heat exchanger (), an expansion valve (), and an indoor heat exchanger () by a gas side pipe () and a liquid side pipe (). The refrigerant circuit () is charged with a single refrigerant of R32 or with an R32/R125 mixed refrigerant whose R32 content is not less than 75% by weight. As an insulating material of an electric motor of the compressor (), a resin material is used, and as an refrigeration oil a synthetic oil is used. When cooling rated capacity is not more than 5 kW, the liquid side pipe () is formed by use of a pipe whose inside diameter is less than 4.75 mm.

Refrigerator

A refrigerant circuit () is formed by connecting, in the order given, a compressor (), a four-way selector valve (), an outdoor heat exchanger (), an expansion valve (), and an indoor heat exchanger () by a gas side pipe () and a liquid side pipe (). The refrigerant circuit () is charged with a single refrigerant of R32 or with an R32/R125 mixed refrigerant whose R32 content is not less than 75% by weight. As a refrigeration oil, a synthetic oil is used, and such a refrigeration oil has an addition of an extreme pressure additive. When cooling rated capacity is not more than 5 kW, the liquid side pipe () is formed by use of a pipe whose inside diameter is less than 4.75 mm.

Formed in a valve main body ( ) is a refrigerant flow path ( ) for lowering the amount of flow of a refrigerant which flows into an internal space ( ) of a casing ( ) from a refrigerant flow path ( ) through a needle fit/insert clearance ( ) defined between a needle fit/insert aperture ( ) and a needle ( ) inserted into the needle fit/insert aperture ( ). When, with the rise or drop in refrigerant pressure, refrigerant flows through the needle fit/insert clearance ( ), adhesion of sludge included in the refrigerant to the wall surface of the needle fit/insert clearance ( ) is reduced by a lessened amount of refrigerant flow in the needle fit/insert clearance ( ) by the refrigerant flow path ( ). This therefore prevents, as far as possible, malfunction of the needle ( ) due to sludge adhesion, thereby ensuring proper operation of the needle ( ).

Motor-driven needle valve for refrigerating circuit and refrigerating device with the motor-driven needle valve

A bridge circuit ( ) having four check valves ( ) is provided upstream of a receiver ( ), which is provided upstream of an expansion valve ( ). A gas vent pipe ( ) for connecting the receiver ( ) and a pipe ( ) downstream of the expansion valve ( ) to each other is provided, and the gas vent pipe ( ) is provided with a gas vent valve ( ). Upon shut down, the gas vent valve ( ) is opened, and the expansion valve ( ) is gradually closed. The compressor ( ) is shut down and the gas vent valve ( ) is closed after passage of a predetermined time from the point in time when the expansion valve ( ) reaches the fully closed state.

The present invention provides means for selecting a direct drive type electrically driven expansion valve (Z). The present invention includes a compressor ( ), an external heat exchanger ( ), a direct drive type electrically driven expansion valve (Z), and an internal heat exchanger ( ). The rating torque equivalent friction factor E of the direct drive type electrically driven expansion valve (Z) is set to 0.31 or more.

Refrigerating device

A compressor ( ), a four-way switching valve ( ), an outdoor heat exchanger ( ), an expansion valve ( ) and an indoor heat exchanger ( ) are sequentially connected together through gas piping ( ) and liquid piping ( ), thereby forming a refrigerant circuit ( ). The refrigerant circuit ( ) is filled with an R32 single refrigerant or an R32/R125 mixed refrigerant containing at least 75% by weight of R32. Synthetic oil is used as refrigerating machine oil. When the rated cooling capacity is 5 kW or less, the liquid piping ( ) is formed from piping having an inner diameter of less than 4.75 mm.
