A tissue traction device includes a first needle connected to a distal end of a first thread; a second needle connected to a distal end of a second thread; an elongated main body connected to the first thread and extending between the first thread and the second thread, the main body including a first hole; and a tube disposed at a proximal end of the main body, wherein the second thread is inserted through the first hole to be advanceable and retractable at a position between the second needle and a distal end of the tube, and the tube and the second thread are configured to be relatively movable in a longitudinal direction of the tube.

Method for treating gastro esophageal reflux disease

A clip unit includes: an arm portion including arms extending from a proximal end portion to a distal end portion so as to be openable and closeable; a holder than can hold the arms in a closed state by accommodating the proximal end portion of the arm portion; and a thread grip attached to at least one of the arms and positioned between the arms. In a state where the arms are spread open, a dimension of the thread grip in the opening/closing direction of the arms is equal to or larger than a distance between the arms in the closed state. The thread can be elastically deformed in the closed state.

A tissue collector includes: an elongated sheath; a bag; a wire bending portion; and an extending portion which is arranged at the distal end portion of the sheath so as to protrude forward from the distal end portion along the longitudinal axis and enter an inside of the bag. The extending portion is configured to be capable of extending inside the bag from an opening surface toward the bottom portion.

Tissue collector

In an endoscopic treatment method, a damaged area is formed in at least a portion of a digestive tract along a circumferential direction. The damaged area is formed by performing thermal ablation of mucosal layer and not removing the mucosal layer. An incomplete stenosis is formed in the digestive tract during restoration of the damaged area.

An endoscope auxiliary tool includes a first support section which is formed to extend along a longitudinal axis, a second support section which is formed substantially in parallel to the longitudinal axis of the first support section, a first protrusion section and a second protrusion section which are formed at distal end sections of the first support section and the second support section, respectively, and disposed more distal than the distal end section of the endoscope to sandwich an axis of a channel having an opening at the distal end section of the endoscope, and a positioning section which is configured to position the first protrusion section and the second protrusion section with respect to the distal end section of the endoscope such that the first support section and the second support section are inclined to the axis of the channel.

A medical device includes a long shaft member, a curved portion configured to be curved, a support member that is configured to be deformed along a curved shape of the curved portion, a guide member that extends from a distal end of the curved portion, and a linear member that includes a connection portion connected to the guide member, the linear member being inserted into the support member, and that pulls the guide member in accordance with a change of the curved shape. A central axis of the guide member is positioned apart from the central axis of the support member. The linear member which protrudes from the support member is inclined with respect to a longitudinal axis of the guide member and is connected to the connection portion.

An endoscope holding device includes an insertion part that is long and holds the distal end part of an endoscope so as to freely protrude and retract; a distal end face that specifies a protruding direction of the endoscope, and is formed at the distal end of the insertion part, a displacement part which has a displacement face that is curved from the distal end toward a proximal end and provided at a position apart from the distal end face in order to displace living body tissue in front of the insertion part to secure a space for operating the distal end part of the endoscope protruded from the distal end face to curve; and a fixing portion that fixes the displacement part and the insertion part such that the distal end side of the displacement face intersects a direction orthogonal to the distal end face.

The present application relates to a biological tissue transfer method for transferring a biological target tissue within the body, the method comprising: (a) attaching part of a first traction member to a first position which is different from a connecting position at which the target tissue is connected to other biological tissue; (b) attaching part of a second traction member to a second position which serves as the apex of a triangle formed together with the connecting position and the first position that surrounds the target site; (c) extending the first traction member in the direction from the connecting position to the first position, and extending the second traction member in the direction from the connecting position to the second position; and (d) transferring the target tissue within the body by applying traction on the first traction member and the second traction member respectively.
