A device management system for an inverter compressor is a device management system for an inverter compressor provided with a motor to be driven by an inverter, and includes: a partial discharge detector that detects a voltage of the motor to detect a partial discharge that occurs in the motor; and a determination module that determines whether there is a risk of occurrence of the partial discharge or whether the partial discharge occurs based on a result of detection by the partial discharge detector. When the voltage detected by the partial discharge detector is higher than a first threshold, the determination module determines that there is a risk of the occurrence of the partial discharge or the partial discharge occurs, and performs a protective operation to reduce the risk of the occurrence of the partial discharge in the motor or the occurrence of the partial discharge in the motor.

Device management system for inverter compressor

A rotary machine includes a rotor having a cylindrical shape and having a main oil feed hole through which lubricating oil passes and that is provided in an axial direction and a slide bearing provided outward in a radial direction with a gap between the rotor and the slide bearing and configured to hold the rotor so that the rotor rotates around an axis. The rotor is provided with a branch oil feed hole through which the gap and the main oil feed hole communicate with each other and through which the lubricating oil passes. A foreign matter separating portion configured to separate foreign matter from the lubricating oil is provided further backward in a direction of rotation of the rotor than the branch oil feed hole.

A motor includes a stator unit formed by coupling plural stators to one another into an annular shape. Each of the stators has: an iron core having an arc-shaped core-back portion and a tooth portion protruding from the core-back portion, the iron core forming slot portions between the iron core and adjacent ones of the stators; insulating members disposed on both end portions, in the axial direction, of the iron core; insulating films disposed so as to be in contact with inner walls of the slot portions of the iron core; and a winding disposed in the slot portions and wound over the iron core with the insulating members and the insulating films interposed therebetween. In a portion of each of the insulating films that is in contact with the inner wall of the slot portion, at least a portion that is in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the tooth tip portion has a length in the axial direction longer than the length of the iron core in the axial direction. Each of the insulating members has position fixing portions that are engaged with the iron core to fix the position of the insulating member.

Motor and compressor including the same

A high-performance and high-reliability scroll compressor which prevents seal property failure at seal necessary points, tooth tip contact, abnormal wear of an elastic body, fatigue failure, etc. A radially outward peripheral projection (4c) is formed on the full outer peripheral surface of a separation plate (4). The peripheral projection (4c) is set to an outer diameter reduced, relative to the inner diameter of the shell main body (9) before a shell lid (20) is sealed by welding, etc., by the dimension corresponding to the shrinkage amount of a shell main body (9). That is, before welding, a minute gap occurs between the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral projections (4c) and the inner peripheral surface of the shell main body (9). Then, the separation plate (4) is inserted into the shell main body (9) and further the separation plate (4) and a frame (3) are fixed. After this, when the shell main body (9) and the shell lid (20) are welded, because of shrinkage of the shell main body (9) after the welding, the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral projections (4c) of the separation plate (4) comes in tight contact with the inner peripheral surface of the shell main body (9), whereby the space is partitioned and sealed between a high pressure space (30) and a low pressure space (31).
