The present invention provides a vehicle slide door apparatus including an opening formed on a side portion of a vehicle body; a slide door which opens and closes the opening by moving in the fore-and-aft direction; an upper rail extending along an upper side of the opening; and an upper arm having one end guided by the upper rail in the fore-and-aft direction and the other end fixed to the slide door, wherein an engaging device provided on the upper arm and an engaged device provided on the vehicle body engages in case of side collision of the vehicle so as to effectively secure the safety for passengers by decreasing the deformation if collided.

Vehicle slide door apparatus

A slide door is stably supported at the rearmost position in a movable range thereof. A slide door apparatus of the invention includes a slide door which opens and closes an opening by moving in the front-and-rear direction, an upper rail extending along an upper side of the opening, an upper arm guided at one end by the upper rail and fixed at the other end to the slide door, a stopper member which comes to the proximity of the upper arm when the slide door is moved to the rearmost position in the movable range, and two stopper pins formed on the upper armso as to project therefrom and being received by the stopper member when in a state in which the upper arm is in the proximity of the stopper member.

A rotational position detecting sensor-equipped motor is capable of reducing a dimension thereof in an axial direction thereof. The motor includes a motor section including a motor stator and a motor rotor, a revolving shaft to which the motor rotor is coupled, a bearing structure for rotatably supporting the revolving shaft, and a rotational position detecting sensor for detecting a rotational position of the revolving shaft. The bearing structure, revolving shaft, motor section and rotational position detecting sensor are arranged so as to be concentric with each other in a radial direction of the revolving shaft.

A guide system for guiding a window glass of a vehicle includes a guide rail and a guide. The guide includes a shaft to be attached to the window glass; a base as one part of a component divided in a widthwise direction of the vehicle and contacting an inner surface of the guide rail at an inner side of the vehicle; and a slider slidably attached to the base as the other part of the component and contacting an inner surface of the guide rail at an outer side of the vehicle. An elastic member is disposed between the base and the slider for pressing the slider toward the outside of the vehicle.

Guide system for guiding window glass of vehicle

A window regulator includes a main arm, a first sub-arm, and a second sub-arm. The main arm has a hole through it. A flange member surrounds the hole. The first sub-arm includes a shaft section which projects through the hole and is secured to the second-sub arm. In one embodiment, the distal edge portion of the flange member is curved. In a second embodiment, the flange member extends transversely from the main arm, and a low-friction member is between the distal edge portion of the flange member and a surface portion of the first sub-arm. In a further embodiment, the main arm and the second sub-arm have sliding surfaces in contact with each other, and a concave lubricant holding portion is provided on one of the sliding surfaces. The window regulator reduces noise during raising and lowering of the window and ensures rigidity of the first sub-arm.

Window regulator

A cylinder-type linear synchronous motor including a stator of which assembling is facilitated. A movable element is constructed by fitting annular permanent magnets on a magnet mount,fixed on a direct-acting shaft so that N and S poles are alternately arranged in an axial direction thereof. A plurality of stator core units,fixed in a frame so as to be spaced from each other at equal intervals in a peripheral direction of the movable element. The stator core units each constituted by combining a plurality of stator core divisions with each other. Exciting windings each are constituted of an annular winding formed by annularly winding a conductive wire so as to surround the movable element in the peripheral direction thereof. The annular windings each are fitted at a part thereof in a slot formed between each axially adjacent two of magnetic pole sections of the stator core units.

Cylinder-type linear synchronous motor

A window regulator device has an endless wire connected to a glass and a regulator handle and disposed in a space between an outer panel of a door and a glass receiving space formed in the door. A part of the wire is extended into a space between an inner panel and the glass receiving space over a sash and engaged with the handle operating member, so that the glass is raised by the handle.
