Provided is a technique that enables appropriate speed adjustment in a speed-adjusted section and inhibition of burring and tool damage without unduly extending cycle time. A speed adjustment device according to the present invention is provided with: a storage unit that stores a calculation method for an adjusted speed of a driving axis in a speed-adjusted section, the adjusted speed being determined in accordance with a tool being used, the shape of a workpiece in the speed-adjusted section, and path information; a speed-adjusted section identification unit that identifies the speed-adjusted section and the shape of the workpiece in the speed-adjusted section on the basis of shape data of the workpiece and the path information; and an adjusted speed calculation unit that determines the calculation method for the adjusted speed of the driving axis in the speed-adjusted section on the basis of tool data, the shape of the workpiece in the identified speed-adjusted section, the path information, and stored information that is stored in the storage unit, and calculates the adjusted speed in the speed-adjusted section on the basis of the determined calculation method.

Speed adjustment device

A control device that controls polygon turning to simultaneously rotate a workpiece and a tool and form a polygon on a surface of the workpiece inputs information on misalignment in a rotation direction of a cutting tool T attached to a tool body, generates adjustment pulses to correct the misalignment in the rotation direction of the cutting tool T, and generates a rotation command for rotating, at a predetermined angular velocity, a tool axis used for performing polygon turning. The control device then superimposes the generated adjustment pulses on the generated rotation command in idle running of the tool, corrects the misalignment in the rotation direction of the cutting tool T, and thereby improves the precision of the polygon turning.

A control device that controls polygon turning to simultaneously rotate a workpiece and a tool and form a polygon on a surface of the workpiece acquires information on misalignment in the radial direction of a cutting tool attached to a tool body and generates pluses to correct the misalignment in the radial direction of the cutting tool. Furthermore, the control device outputs the pulses to an X-axis servo motor and moves a tool in the opposite direction to the misalignment in the radial direction of the cutting tool. Accordingly, the misalignment in the radial direction of the cutting tool is corrected, and thereby the precision of the polygon turning is improved.

An abnormality determination system that comprises a detection threshold determination unit that determines a detection threshold for detecting abnormalities at the machine tool on the basis of a motor inference information and an inference precision, a motor measurement unit that acquires motor measurement information about a motor, and a state determination unit that determines the state of the machine tool on the basis of the motor measurement information and the detection threshold.

Provided is a numerical control device whereby the execution state of a program can be more intuitively confirmed. This numerical control device, which controls a machine tool on the basis of a program, comprises: a program execution unit having a prescribed function for executing a program in response to the rotation of a manual handle of the machine tool; an execution state identification unit that identifies the execution state of the program; and a haptic controller that generates haptic feedback in the manual handle on the basis of the prescribed function and the execution state of the program.

Numerical control device

Provided is a numerical control device which can improve the operability of a machine tool. The numerical control device controls a machine tool having a manual handle for moving a shaft by manual operation. The numerical control device comprises: a control mode determination unit for determining a control mode of the machine tool; a haptic control unit for generating haptic feedback at the manual handle on the basis of the control mode determined by the control mode determination unit; and a manual handle control unit for performing, by rotating operation of the manual handle where the haptic feedback is generated, control of the machine tool by the numerical control device.

A numerical controller which can freely and easily specify, as a control point, various positions on a machine configuration and which can easily set coordinate systems in places on the machine configuration. A numerical controller expresses the machine configuration of a control target in graph form where constituent elements are nodes and holds the machine configuration. The numerical controller includes: a control point coordinate system specification portion that specifies, with the identifier, one or more groups of the control point and the coordinate system; a command value determination portion that uses the specified control point and the coordinate system to determine for which control point and on which coordinate system one or more command values commanded in a program correspond to a coordinate value; and a movement command portion that commands a move of the control point such that the coordinate value of the control point is the command value.

A virtual object is displayed with a simple method. A graph generation portion generates, as the machine configuration of a control target, a graph in which constituent elements including a camera are nodes, a node selection portion selects a node on which a virtual object is desired to be displayed, a selection node notification portion notifies the node on which the virtual object is desired to be displayed to a machine configuration management device, a transformation information calculation portion calculates transformation information which includes, as a variable, a coordinate value of a control axis node on a path in the graph from a camera node to the node of a display target and which is used for calculating the position and/or the posture of the node of the display target in a coordinate system of the camera node based on the graph, a transformation information notification portion notifies the transformation information to an augmented information controller and a coordinate information transformation portion transforms the coordinate value of a control axis which is notified into the position and/or the posture of the node of the display target in the coordinate system of the camera node.

Virtual object display system

A numerical controller determines whether or not block prefetching from a program is sufficient based on whether at least one block subsequent to a predetermined reference block, which exists after a running block of the program and is needed to execute the reference block, has been prefetched or not. If the determination result is that prefetching is not sufficient, block prefetching from the program is performed.

A positional information display system includes a control device, a conversion information calculation device and an image information control device, in which the conversion information calculation device has a conversion information calculation portion which calculates conversion information representing a position and/or posture of a first coordinate system on a second coordinate system with a coordinate value of each axis of an industrial machine as a variable; and the image information control device has a coordinate information conversion portion which calculates a position and/or posture on the second coordinate system using conversion information and a coordinate value of each axis; a positional information calculation data setting portion which sets calculation data of positional information for visually displaying the position and/or posture in the first coordinate system by the third coordinate system of a display device; and a positional information display data calculation portion which calculates display data of the positional information.

This numerical controller exercises acceleration/deceleration control processing over the interpolation pulse based on an acceleration/deceleration setting which corresponds to the command blocks, and outputs a first speed pulse. The numerical controller exercises acceleration/deceleration control processing over the first speed pulse such that command blocks overlap each other, based on an overlapping shared acceleration/deceleration setting which does not depended on the command blocks, and outputs a second speed pulse.

To provide a controller capable of exerting acceleration/deceleration control more accurately than has been exerted conventionally and capable of reducing the occurrence of shock and shortening cycle time. A numerical controller outputs a movement command for a drive axis of a machine based on a command in a program for controlling the machine having the drive axis controlled by a servo motor. The numerical controller exerts acceleration/deceleration control over the drive axis so as to satisfy a condition for the acceleration/deceleration in each of a machine coordinate system as an orthogonal coordinate system in the machine and a drive axis coordinate system by normalizing each of acceleration/deceleration related information in the machine coordinate system and acceleration/deceleration related information in the drive axis coordinate system to a value in the drive axis coordinate system.

A numerical controller has a fixed cycle operation section that analyzes a fixed cycle command and generates a command data string based on the analysis result. The fixed cycle operation section includes a remainder calculation section that calculates a remaining cutting depth based on an entire cutting depth of a tool for a workpiece and a cutting depth of the tool for the workpiece in one cut that are specified by the fixed cycle command, and a command data string adjustment section that adjusts order of command data items included in the command data string or a cutting depth in each of the command data items based on the remaining cutting depth such that the total of a feed movement amount of the tool resulting from the command data string is reduced.
