An oil field pump is installed within a pipe that connects to an oil field, and feeds accumulated extraction oil in a predetermined direction, the oil filed pump including a rotor with an internal flow path for the extraction oil, a stator installed on the outer circumference of the rotor, a thrust bearing that supports the axial weight of the rotor and the stator, a supply pipe that supplies a portion of the extraction oil in the flow path to the thrust bearing, and a filter that is installed at further upstream on the flow path than the supply pipe along the flow direction of the extraction oil, and traps foreign matter.

Oil field pump

An oil field pump installed within a pipe that connects to an oil field, feeds accumulated extraction oil in a predetermined direction and includes a rotor, a stator mounted on the outer circumference of the rotor, a flow path for flow of the extraction oil connecting an area formed within the rotor to an area formed between the rotor and the stator, a thrust bearing that supports the axial weight of the rotor and the stator, and a supply pipe that supplies a portion of the extraction oil in the flow path to the thrust bearing. The thrust bearing includes a protrusion part fixed to the outer circumference of the rotor and rotating as one piece with the rotor, and a facing part fixed to the stator and facing opposite a surface in the axial direction of the protrusion.

Provided is a seal structure, according to the present invention, for sealing opposite surfaces of flanges between adjacent tail ducts, which can be prevented from being worn or aged deteriorated due to a thermal deformation in a high temperature atmosphere or vibration of a gas turbine combustor, and which can maintain a satisfactory sealing function for a long time. The seal structure is characterized in that recess grooves are formed in opposed surfaces of adjacent flanges at the outlet end of tail ducts, striding between the opposed surfaces, a seal assembly composed of a seal member and a leaf spring is inserted in the recess grooves, the seal member has a pair of continuous beads which are arranged facing the inner surfaces, on the combustion gas passage side, of the recess grooves, striding between the opposed surfaces of the flanges within the recess grooves, the leaf spring is arranged so as to be contact with the seal member within the recess grooves so that the beads are pressed against the surfaces on the combustion gas passage side by the resilient force of the leaf spring so as to create seal surfaces.

Seal structure for gas turbine combustor

A tip of rotor blade which rotates is an abradable surface. An inner wall of a shroud as a jacket for the rotor blade is an abrasive surface. A part of an abrasive particle protrudes from the abradable surface. When the tip of the rotor blade which rotates contacts the inner wall of the shroud, the protruding section of the abrasive particle slides with the abrasive surface so as to be ground. By doing this, a turbine which can maintain an appropriate clearance between the rotor blade and the shroud and can be used for a long period under high-temperature conditions with easy restoration and remaking thereof.

Turbine and manufacturing method therefor

Gas turbine steam passage seal structure between a blade ring and a stationary blade absorbs thermal deformation to prevent occurrence of minute gaps to thereby reduce leakage of steam as cooling medium. A blade ring steam passage hole, provided in the blade ring ( ), has a stepped portion formed in a middle portion thereof. A stationary blade steam passage hole, provided in the stationary blade ( ) so as to oppose the blade ring steam passage hole, has a stepped portion formed in an outer peripheral portion thereof. A cooling steam supply passage connection portion is constructed comprising a seal pipe ( ) provided between the blade ring and stationary blade steam passage holes so as to communicate them with each other and a seal urging guide device ( ) provided at each of the stepped portions of the blade ring and stationary blade steam passage holes so as to effect a seal while fixedly supporting the seal pipe ( ). Leakage of the steam is reduced, temperature lowering of combustion gas is prevented, drive force of a steam turbine is increased and the entire thermal efficiency of the combined cycle power plant can be enhanced.

Gas turbine steam passage seal structure between blade ring and stationary blade

A shaft seal having a high abrasion resistance is disclosed, by which the leakage of the gas from the high-pressure side to the low-pressure side can be reduced. In the shaft seal, flexible leaves are multi-layered to form a ring shape. The shaft seal is mainly arranged around the rotation shaft of a gas turbine or the like. The relevant turbine comprises a casing, a compressor, a rotation shaft, moving blades attached to the rotation shaft, and stationary blades attached to the casing in a manner such that the stationary blades face the moving blades, wherein the shaft seals are provided between a plurality of stationary blades and the rotation shaft wherein the leaves of each shaft seal contact the rotation shaft. Under the rated operating conditions, the top ends of the leaves slightly separate from the surface of the rotation shaft due to the dynamic pressure generated by the rotation of the rotation shaft. When the turbine is not operated, the top ends of the leaves contact the rotation shaft again due to the elastic restoring force of the leaves.
