There is provided an over-fueling prevention valve including a housing provided with a first opening, a second opening, and a first valve seat; a main valve provided with a one end opening, the other end opening, and a second valve seat; a first biasing portion; a sub valve; and a second biasing portion. Biasing forces of the first biasing portion and the second spring are set such that a valve re-closing pressure of the main valve is higher than a valve re-opening pressure of the sub valve. In a state in which the main valve is separated from the first valve seat, the first opening and the second opening communicate with each other via an external space.

Over-fueling prevention valve

An overfill prevention valve includes: a valve housing having a first valve seat communicating with a fuel tank, and a second valve seat communicating with a canister; a parent valve disposed slidably within the valve housing, and having a base end opening communicating with a first opening, a front end opening communicating with a second opening and a third valve seat provided in the base end opening; a first urging unit which urges the parent valve toward the first valve seat; a child valve disposed slidably within the parent valve; a second urging unit which urges the child valve toward the third valve seat; and an air passage forming unit which forms an air passage between the parent valve and the first valve seat when the patent valve abuts on the first valve seat.

Overfill prevention valve

Provided is a fuel cut-off valve capable of preventing liquid fuel from flowing into a valve inside from an evaporation line side, and inhibiting the liquid fuel from flowing into a canister side. The fuel cut-off valve includes: a housing main body including a lower space and an upper space partitioned through a partition wall; a float valve coming into contact with/moving away from a first opening; a lid sealing the upper space; an evaporation line connection pipe communicated to the upper space; a canister connection pipe similarly communicated to the upper space; and a second opening formed in a portion coupled to the evaporation line connection pipe and a third opening formed in a portion coupled to the canister connection pipe, which are surrounded by walls formed in the housing main body and/or the lid, and communicated to each other only through the upper space beyond the walls.

Fuel cut-off valve

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a float valve apparatus including: a housing including: a partition wall dividing an internal space into lower and upper spaces and having an opening therein; a ventilation pipe communicating the upper space with an outside; a valve seat formed at the opening; and a communication hole communicating the lower space with the outside; a float that is valve vertically slidably movable in the lower space and that upwardly floats in accordance with liquid flowing thereinto to open and close the opening; an upward urging spring urging the float valve from the housing toward the opening; and a support spring disposed inside the upward urging spring to support the float valve to not contact with a bottom surface of the housing.

Float valve apparatus

A negative pressure cut valve disposed between a feed pipe and a forward pipe includes a main body having a first outer wall and a second outer wall, an urging spring provided on the first outer wall, a diaphragm provided on the main body and actuated by the relative action of the force of the urging spring and the inner pressure on the feed pipe side to produce an opening action in the state in which the inner pressure on the feed pipe side rises is above the inner pressure on the forward pipe side and a closing action in the other pressure state, and a valve provided on the main body and actuated to produce an opening action in the state in which the inner pressure on the feed pipe side falls below the inner pressure on the forward pipe side and a closing action in the other pressure state. The first outer wall has a first atmospheric vent formed therein. The second outer wall is disposed around the periphery of the first atmospheric vent and enabled jointly with the first outer wall to define an empty space for precluding intrusion of extraneous substances. The empty space has a capacity at least above an operating capacity of the diaphragm. The second outer wall has a second atmospheric vent formed therein and endowed with a function of releasing pressure and a function of discharging water.
