An ionizer includes two needle electrodes, and a high voltage generating unit for applying a first AC voltage to one of the needle electrodes, and for applying a second AC voltage, having a frequency higher than a frequency of the first AC voltage, to another of the needle electrodes. Static charge of a charged body is eliminated by releasing generated positive ions or negative ions, which are generated in the vicinity of the needle electrodes, toward the body.

Ionizer and static charge eliminating method

The electromagnetic actuator is a linear electromagnetic actuator in which the relative position between a slide table that supports permanent magnets thereon and a guide rail that supports a coil, which is arranged in confronting relation to the permanent magnets, is displaced by means of a thrust force generated by a current flowing through the coil. The coil is disposed on the guide rail through a low coercive force magnetizable material body, the coercive force of which is lower than a predetermined value. Consequently, generation of residual magnetization can be suppressed, and an influence on the thrust force caused by such residual magnetization can also be suppressed.

Electromagnetic actuator

First and second projections are formed to protrude toward a guide rail from both sides of a slide table. Third and fourth projections are formed to protrude toward the slide table from both sides of the guide rail. A plurality of balls are arranged in clearances between the first and second projections and the third and fourth projections.

Linear electromagnetic actuator

An ionizer includes positive and negative wire electrodes each formed of a conductive wire with a circular cross section. The wire electrodes are arranged in parallel with each other, each having circumferential surfaces serving as a discharge surface on which a corona discharge occurs upon application of positive and negative high voltages for discharging positive and negative ions.

Wire electrode type ionizer

A static eliminator that can be placed at a close distance capable of eliminating static electricity while preventing furious elevation of the surface electric potential of a work when the static eliminator is placed at a close distance to the work. A cover formed by an electro conductive porous material covering discharge needles is attached to a holding member in which a plurality of the discharge needles are provided and air blowing openings for ejecting air around the discharge needles are provided. The cover evenly discharges ionized air from the surface of the cover, and is electrically connected to ground to have a function for absorbing a part of generated ions.

Static Eliminator

With a piezoelectric transformer formed of a ferroelectric element which generates a high voltage in a secondary section upon application of an AC voltage to a primary section, ground electrodes are attached to upper and lower surfaces of the secondary section of the piezoelectric transformer via a dielectric sheet for insulation in tight contact therewith such that a dielectric barrier discharge occurs around the ground electrodes to generate positive and negative ions, and an air flow is injected from an air nozzle to flow toward a neutralized subject across the ground electrodes.

Piezoelectric transformer type ionizer and neutralization method

A positioning control system has a disturbance observer for estimating a disturbance from a displaced distance of a cylinder of a controlled object, and feeding back an estimated disturbance. The positioning control system also includes a saturation element and a low-pass element disposed in a feedback loop including the disturbance observer, and a saturated value changer for changing a saturated value of the saturation element based on a deviation. The saturation element is disposed in a forward path of a positive-feedback minor loop, whereas the low-pass element is disposed in a feedback path of the positive-feedback minor loop.

Positioning control system and filter

In a fluid pressure cylinder with a magnetostriction type position detecting device for detecting an operating position of a piston using the position detecting device, the fluid pressure cylinder is provided with a simple and rational design structure without providing it with a special conductive member as a current feedback conductor. In the fluid pressure cylinder with the magnetostriction type position detecting device having a permanent magnet attached to the piston and a magnetostrictive line accommodated in a hollow portion of a cylinder tube, the cylinder tube is formed of a non-magnetic conductive material, the magnetostrictive line composed of a ferromagnetic material is inserted into the hollow portion, and the extreme end of the magnetostrictive line is electrically connected to the cylinder tube through a support metal fitting, thereby the cylinder tube is also used as a current feedback conductor.

Fluid pressure cylinder with position detecting device

In an air servo cylinder formed by integrally combining an air cylinder, servo valves, and a controller via a manifold block, there are provided, in the manifold block, air discharge flow paths for releasing, to the outside, compressed air discharged associated with operations of the servo valves. In each of the air discharge flow paths, a silencer for reducing exhaust noise is incorporated so as not to protrude from the manifold block to the outside.

Air servo cylinder

A linear slide apparatus includes a straightly extending table guide, a table which is supported by one rail portion formed on an upper surface of the table guide and which can move in an axial direction thereof, and an electromagnetic actuator which drives the table. The electromagnetic actuator includes a first core portion, a second core portion, an exciting coil wound around the second core portion, and a moving body comprising a permanent magnet. The table guide made of magnetic material serves as the first core portion. The second core portion is fixedly mounted in the hollow hole of the table guide, and the moving body is accommodated therein movably in the axial direction.

Linear slide apparatus

To provide an ionizer wherein an air flow path in a hollow casing is formed so as to be pressure-resistant while ensuring an effective cross sectional area without becoming voluminous, and the flow path is ensured simply and easily. In an ionizer including a hollow casing that contains a high voltage power unit and a control unit inside, along the longitudinal direction of the casing, a plurality of electrode units each including needle electrodes and an air outlet for blowing out an air stream around the needle electrodes are arranged in a line. A part along the longitudinal direction of the hollow casing is formed of a synthetic resin, and a resin casing composed of the synthetic resin is integrally formed with a conduit of an air flow path extending in the longitudinal direction of the casing so that a part of the inner wall of the resin casing serves as a wall of the conduit and that the air flow path communicates with the air outlet.
