A mesh nebulizer includes a main body with a recessed portion opening upward. The nebulizer includes a cap that covers an upper portion of the main body and a replacement element separate from the main body and the cap and detachably mountable in the recessed portion of the main body while being separated from the cap prior to operation of the nebulizer. The replacement element includes a sheet including a mesh portion, a bottom plate portion, and a sidewall portion. When the cap is closed with respect to the main body, the cap presses the upper edge of the sidewall portion of the replacement element toward an edge portion around the recessed portion to position the replacement element with respect to a longitudinal axis direction of the main body.

Mesh nebulizer and replacement member

A mesh nebulizer that atomizes and ejects liquid through a mesh portion includes a vibration portion including a vibration surface facing upward, a liquid supply portion that supplies liquid toward the vibration surface of the vibration portion, a sheet including the mesh portion, and a support frame that supports a peripheral edge of the sheet. The support frame includes a bottom plate that supports a lower surface of the peripheral edge of the sheet, the bottom plate having a flat annular shape, and a larger inner diameter than a diameter of the vibration surface, and a protrusion radially protruding inward from the bottom plate. The sheet including the mesh portion faces the vibration surface at an inclination angle and is in contact with a first portion of a peripheral edge of the vibration surface.

Mesh nebulizer

A blood pressure measurement cuff includes a clamp mechanism that sandwiches a measurement site. The clamp mechanism includes a first clamp portion having a shape that is curved along a first half of the measurement site and a second clamp portion having a shape that is curved along a second half of the measurement site. The slide hole is formed penetrating through one end portion of the first clamp portion. The slide bar extends from the one end portion of the second clamp portion and into the slide hole, fits therein, and slides with friction with respect to the slide hole. The slide hole and the slide bar are curved so as to protrude on a side near other end portions of the first clamp portion and the second clamp portion.

Blood pressure measurement cuff and sphygmomanometer

A mesh nebulizer includes a main body including a recess with a shape that is open upward. The main body includes a vibration portion with a vibration surface, and a liquid supply portion that supplies the liquid onto the vibration surface. The mesh nebulizer also includes a cap that openably and closeably covers the upper portion of the main body, and a replacement member that is separate from the main body and the cap and detachably mounted in the recess of the main body in advance when the nebulizer is to be used. The replacement member includes a film mesh portion, a bottom plate portion, and a side wall portion. When the cap is closed with respect to the main body, the protrusion portion of the cap presses the bottom plate portion of the replacement member toward the bottom surface of the recess, thus positioning the replacement member in the vertical axis direction of the main body.

The present invention includes a guiding engagement portion configured such that a holder and a main body portion for supplying a low-frequency pulse current to a pad engage in a state in which the main body portion is attached to the holder, and the holder and the main body portion are disengaged in a state in which the main body portion is removed. The guiding engagement portion is formed so as to allow the holder and the main body portion to engage by moving in a direction of approaching each other during the attachment, and during the removal, disengage the holder and the main body portion by restricting movement in a direction opposite to the movement direction during the attachment, and allowing the main body portion to move with respect to the holder in a direction intersecting the direction of approaching each other.
