To provide a multilayered body with high adhesion between a resin layer containing a nanofiber or the like and a metal layer, and a method for manufacturing a multilayered body. The multilayered body contains: a metal layer having an uneven region with an average length (RSm) of a contour curve element from 0.5 to 10 μm; and a resin layer in contact with the uneven region of the metal layer, the resin layer containing a thermoplastic resin and a fibrous filler, the fibrous filler having a number average fiber diameter (F) of less than 1 μm, and a ratio (RSm/F) of the average length (RSm) of the contour curve element of the uneven region to the number average fiber diameter (F) from 1 to 20000.

Multilayered body and method for manufacturing same

Provided are a hose excelling in a lightweight property and in fatigue fracture resistance, a method for manufacturing the hose, and a hydraulic pump. The hose includes a tube, an interior of the tube being hollow, continuous carbon fibers and/or continuous glass fibers wound around an outer circumference of the tube, and a thermosetting resin present external to the tube. The thermosetting resin has an elastic modulus from 0.5 to 10 MPa, and the continuous carbon fibers and/or continuous glass fibers are impregnated with at least a part of the thermosetting resin. The elastic modulus of the thermosetting resin is a numeric value determined by: heating the thermosetting resin for 2 hours at a curing temperature of the thermosetting resin; then subjecting the thermosetting resin to thermoregulation for two weeks under a condition of a temperature of 23° C. and a relative humidity of 55%; and then performing a measurement in accordance with JIS K7161:2019.

A polyamide resin including a constituent unit derived from a diamine and a constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid, where 70 mol % or more of the constituent unit derived from the diamine is derived from a xylylenediamine; and 70 mol % or more of the constituent unit derived from the dicarboxylic acid is derived from a phenylenediacetic acid; and where X+(Y/3) is 68 or more, when X mol % is defined as a proportion of a constituent unit derived from 1,4-phenylenediacetic acid in the constituent unit derived from the dicarboxylic acid, and Y mol % is defined as a proportion of a constituent unit derived from p-xylylenediamine in the constituent unit derived from the diamine.

Provided is a fiber-reinforced resin material in which is used a polyamide resin such as MXD6 that is appropriately impregnated into continuous reinforcing fibers and has suppressed perforations and deficits when formed into a film in a molten state. Also provided are a wound body, a molded article, and a method for producing the fiber-reinforced resin material. The film-shaped fiber-reinforced resin material has a polyamide resin composition that is impregnated into continuous reinforcing fibers arranged in parallel in at least one direction. The polyamide resin composition contains a polyamide resin (A) and a polyamide resin (B) other than the polyamide resin (A), and the polyamide resin (A) is constituted from a constituent unit derived from a diamine and a constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid, 70 mol % or greater of the constituent units derived from a diamine are derived from meta-xylylenediamine, and 70 mol % or greater of the constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid are derived from adipic acid. A melt tension of the polyamide resin composition is 1 mN or greater, and a melt viscosity is 250 Pa·s or greater.
