There is provided the installation structure for charging equipment in a rear vehicle body capable of enhancing rigidity of the rear vehicle body, performing roundabout installation of the outlet cable without applying large load to the cable, preventing deterioration of the charging equipment due to external factors, and readily installing the charging equipment. In the installation structure for charging equipment in a rear vehicle body, the chargerfor charging a battery is disposed in the spare tire housing, the charging connectorconnected to the chargerthrough the outlet cableis disposed rearward of the vehicle in the spare tire housingso as to supply power to the charger, the insertion holeis formed in the peripheral wallof the spare tire housing, the cover memberis joined to the rear floor panelso as to form a closed cross section, the cover memberis disposed to extend from the peripheral wallof the spare tire housingtoward the charging connectorso as to communicate the space defined by the closed cross section with the insertion hole, and the outlet cableis disposed so as to be inserted through the insertion holeand the space defined by the closed cross section.

Installation structure for charging equipment in rear vehicle body

An object is to provide a charge connector that can close an inner lid section and an outer lid section by one action to reliably avoid forgetting to close the inner lid section. A charge connectorincludes: an opening sectionarranged on a vehicle; a connector connection sectionto which a cable for charging a battery is connected; an inner lid sectionthat seals a connector connection section in the opening section; an inner lid hingethat is arranged in an opening and that rotates the inner lid section; an outer lid sectionthat seals the opening section from outside of the vehicle; and an outer lid hingethat is installed on an opposite side of the inner lid hinge around the connector connection section and that rotates the outer lid section in a same plane as the inner lid section, wherein the outer lid section includes a ribthat projects inside of the opening section on a surface closer to the opening section, the rib can be in contact with the inner lid section, and when the rib is in contact with the inner lid section, the rib is formed so that a normal line at a point of contact with the inner lid section in the plane, in which the inner lid section rotates, passes on a side of the inner lid hinge closer to the outer lid hinge.

Charge connector

A charging connector having a connector connection section disposed within an opening in the vehicle to which a plug is connected; an outer lid section which covers the opening; a resin arm which is pivotably supported within the opening and is bent so as to bypass the opening; and an outer lid hinge which allows the arm to pivot in a plane substantially perpendicular to the plane formed by the opening. The arm has an extended section which describes a circular arc centering on the outer lid hinge, and also has a base section (root section). The portion of the opening which is located near the arm is substantially circular-arc-shaped.

Charging connector

The present invention provides a vehicular bezel mounting structure in which an annular bezelis mounted to a holeformed in a vehicle body, the edge of the hole includes: an arcuate partprovided along a base circle; a concave partcut off to the outside in the radial direction with respect to the base circle; and a projecting partformed with a projecting pieceprojecting to the inside in the radial direction within the range of the concave part, the bezelcomprising: a body partinserted into the hole; an annular flange part which covers the edge of the hole from the outside; and a plurality of claw parts () which are projectingly provided on the outer peripheral surface of the body part, wherein one claw partof the plurality of claw parts can hold the projecting pieceof the hole between the one claw partand the back surface of the flange part; and when the bezelis mounted to the hole, the projecting piececan be elastically deformed by being pushed by the tip end of the flange partadjacent to the one claw part

Installation structure for electrical equipment in rear vehicle body

The present invention provides a luggage compartment construction comprising a spare tire house provided under a luggage compartment to contain a spare tire, a spare tire board for closing an opening of the spare tire house, and a back panel trim for covering a back panel member disposed at the lower rear part of the luggage compartment, in which a box-shaped storage portion, which is used as a container, is integrally formed at the lower part of the back panel trim by extending the lower part of the back panel trim to the lower rear side of the spare tire board and by bending the extended portion.
