A vent control valve includes: a first case shaped in a tube that forms a passage for ventilation; a movable valve object arranged in the first case to open and close the passage; an inner case arranged in the first case to support the movable valve object; a second case disposed at a lower end of the first case; a first connection mechanism defined between the first case and the inner case, the first connection mechanism connecting the first case and the inner case with each other; and a second connection mechanism defined between the first case and the second case, the second connection mechanism connecting the first case and the second case with each other.

Vent control valve for fuel tank

A vent control valve for a fuel tank controls a ventilation between a fuel tank and an outside. The vent control valve includes: a case having a tube shape that forms a passage for ventilation; a movable valve object arranged in the case to be movable in an axial direction of the case to open and close the passage; and a baffle component disposed between the case and the movable valve object and located on an outer side of the movable valve object in a radial direction. An outer passage is defined between the case and the baffle component, and the baffle component restricts a contact between a fluid flowing through the outer passage and the movable valve object.

A fuel vapor control device has a flow control valve which regulates a flow amount of fuel vapor from a fuel tank to a canister. The flow control valve has a movable element accommodated in a case. The movable valve element has a central cylindrical part, an outer cylindrical part, and a disc part which connects the central cylindrical part and the outer cylindrical part. The central cylindrical part provides a central channel. The central channel provides a main channel which communicates an inlet and an outlet. A sub channel defined and formed between the movable element and the case is opened and closed by a valve formed by the case and the outer cylindrical part. The central channel makes easy setting of flow amount in regulated condition. Since turbulence is reduced, it is possible to perform stable regulation.

Fuel vapor control device

A fuel-outflow check valve includes: a casing, at least one portion of which is located in a fuel tank, the casing having a ventilation hole via which the interior of the casing and the interior of the fuel tank communicate with each other and an upper wall portion protruding inward from the inner peripheral face of the casing; a float that is disposed in the interior of the casing and is vertically movable; and a valve element that is provided on the float and can contact a valve seat formed at the casing.

Fuel-outflow check valve

A vaporized fuel processing device attached to a fuel tank, includes a casing for forming an outer shell of the vaporized fuel processing device, a diaphragm valve unit opened at the time of increasing the pressure in the fuel tank, and a vent passage communicating with atmospheric air. In the vaporized fuel processing device, the diaphragm valve unit is disposed in a space formed in the casing.

Vaporized fuel processing device and vehicle with the same

A welding structure for a fuel tank including a resin inner shell and a resin outer shell interposed by a fuel permeation prevention layer such that they are laminated, and a resin component attached to the fuel tank. The resin component includes a body formed from a resin having low permeability to hydrocarbon gases, a packing material having low permeability to hydrocarbon gases which is fixed to the body, and a resin which is insert molded to at least a connecting portion of the body that connects with a connecting portion of the fuel tank, and which can be welded to the fuel tank.

Resin component welding structure

A fuel cutoff apparatus is provided with an outer casing and an inner float disposed inside the outer casing so as to be vertically movable therein. A plurality of openings are provided in a side face of the outer casing. A valve opening is provided at a top portion of the outer casing and a valve body is provided at a top portion of the inner float. There is also provided a plate that closes a bottom surface of the outer casing and an exhaust port for exhausting fuel provided in the plate closed by a valve protrusion provided on a bottom portion of the inner float.

Fuel cutoff apparatus

A flow control valve with a reduced number of parts and with few restrictions on installation space is provided. A back pressure chamber of a diaphragm-type valve body communicates with a communication port through a vent hole formed in a case of the flow control valve. An air filter is integrated with the flow control valve.

Flow control valve

In a structure for joining a first plastic part and a second plastic part, the first plastic part is composed of at least one resin such as polyamide (PA), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyacetal (POM), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), while the second plastic part is composed of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Between the two parts, a metamorphic polyethylene layer exhibiting a good joining property for both the first and second plastic parts is interposed to join the parts.
