The optical scanner comprises: a motor having an rotor shaft; a rotor being attached to the rotor shaft; a tilt mirror having an inclined reflective surface and being attached to the rotor shaft together with the rotor; and a bearing section being provided to a stator housing and capable of rotatably holding the rotor shaft. The rotor and the tilt mirror are prohibited from detaching from and rotating with respect to the rotor shaft. A recessed part, through which the rotor shaft is penetrated, is formed in the tilt mirror. An elastic member, which always biases the tilt mirror toward the rotor, is provided between a retainer section and an inner bottom part of the recessed part.

Optical scanner

The rotary body driving apparatus for rotating a rotary body comprises: a rotor shaft, to which the rotary body and a rotor are attached, being rotatably held by a bearing section; a rotor magnet being attached to the rotor and partially exposed as a position detecting magnet; a first positioning section being formed in the rotor, the first positioning section corresponding to the position detecting magnet; and a second positioning section corresponding to a reference surface of the rotary body. The rotary body is attached to the rotor in a state where the first positioning section and the second positioning section are aligned so as to make circumferential positions of the reference surface and the position detecting magnet correspond to each other.

Rotary body driving apparatus

The rotary body driving apparatus comprises: a rotary body having reflective surfaces; a motor having a rotor shaft; a rotor being attached to one end part of the rotor shaft together with the rotary body; a stator housing having a bearing section, which rotatably holds the rotor shaft; a motor substrate for detecting a rotational position of the rotor, the motor substrate being provided to the stator housing; a magnetized section for frequency generation, the magnetized section being formed into a ring shape and provided to an end surface of the rotary body facing the motor substrate; and a circular frequency generation pattern, which faces the magnetized section, being provided to the motor substrate and disposed close to the magnetized section.

An electric fluid pump includes: a case including a recess portion into which a fluid flows; a rotor arranged in the recess portion; an axial member supporting the rotor; and a flange member insert-molded with the case and the axial member, secured to an end portion of the axial member, and buried in a bottom wall portion of the recess portion, wherein the flange member includes: a first flange portion; a reduced portion closer to an inner surface of the bottom wall portion than the first flange portion, and smaller than the first flange portion in a radial direction; and a second flange portion closer to the inner surface than the reduced portion, larger than the first flange portion in the radial direction, and partially exposed from the inner surface, and the inner surface is flat.

Electric fluid pump

The optical scanner comprises: a rotor being attached to one end part of a rotor shaft; a polygon mirror having reflective surfaces and being attached to the rotor shaft; and a bearing section being provided to a stator housing and capable of rotatably holding the rotor shaft. A recessed part, through which the rotor shaft is penetrated, is formed in a top part of the polygon mirror. A retainer section of the rotor shaft, which is provided in the recessed part, and an elastic member, which is provided between the retainer section and an inner bottom part of the recessed part and which always biases the polygon mirror toward the rotor, are accommodated in the recessed part together with an end part of the rotor shaft.

The rotary body driving apparatus comprises: a rotary body having a plurality of reflective surfaces; a rotor being attached to a rotor shaft together with the rotary body; a stator housing having a bearing section; a motor substrate for detecting a rotational position of the rotor; a circular magnetized section for frequency generation facing the motor substrate; a circular frequency generation pattern, which faces the magnetized section, being provided to the motor substrate and disposed close to the magnetized section; a position detecting section, which corresponds to a reference reflective surface of the rotary body, being radially outwardly or inwardly projected from a part of the magnetized section; and a magnetic sensor, which faces the position detecting section, being provided to the motor substrate.

The stator of the electric motor comprises: a stator core; tooth sections being radially extended from the stator core; an even number of slots, each of which is formed between the tooth sections; an insulator covering the tooth sections; and motor coils being wound in the slots. The insulator has guide projections, each of which corresponds to each of the tooth sections so as to guide a magnet wire. The guide projections have guide sections, each of which includes a base end part and a front end part. In each of the guide sections, a radial thickness of at least one part located in the base end part is thin, a radial thickness of the front end part is thicker than that of the base end part. The guide sections are formed in same side faces of the guide projections arranged in the circumferential direction.

Stator and electric motor having the same

A motor includes: a rotor comprising: a rotary shaft; a magnetic body rotatable together with the rotary shaft; and first and second permanent magnets fixed on an outer circumference or an inner circumference of the magnetic body, and a stator comprising: an iron core arranged around the rotor; and a coil for exciting the iron core.

The method is capable of forming stator coils in dead spaces, into which a nozzle of a wire coiling machine is inserted, and improving space factor of the coils. The method comprises the steps of: regular-winding a magnet wire in vacant longitudinal outer parts of slots alternately, without getting into spaces for inserting the nozzle of the wire coiling machine; regular-winding the magnet wire in the rest vacant longitudinal outer parts of the slots and the spaces for inserting the nozzle; regular-winding the magnet wire in vacant longitudinal inner parts of the slots alternately, without getting into spaces for inserting the nozzle; and regular-winding the magnet wire in the rest vacant longitudinal inner parts of the slots and the spaces for inserting the nozzle.

Method of forming stator coils of electric machinery

The method is capable of equalizing time lengths of stopping a motor at load-holding stop positions of respective phases so as to average amounts of heat generation of phase coils. The method for drive-controlling electric machinery, in which a multiphase motor is used as a driving source of an assist mechanism, is performed by a control unit including a driving circuit for driving the multiphase motor. The method is characterized in that the control unit controls to stop a rotor at a load-holding stop position, at which rotation of the rotor is stopped in a state where a motor coil is energized and the rotor is in a load-holding state, and that the load-holding stop position is angularly shifted an electric angle of 180/n (n is number of phases and an integer two or more) degrees, in a prescribed rotational direction, with respect to a previous load-holding stop position of the rotor.

Method for drive-controlling electric machinery

The electric motor of the present invention is capable of improving efficiency of level-winding coil cables and increasing lamination factors of coils. The coil cable, which is wound on first bobbins as first coils, has connection parts. The connection parts are respectively extended from a winding-start point of the first coil wound on each of the first bobbins and a winding-termination point thereof, for parallel winding, through a groove section located on the inner side of a second coil wound on each of second bobbins so as not to interfere with the second coil.

Electric motor

An inner rotor brushless motor is miniaturized, flattened and made lighter without reducing motor performance. A rotor and a stator are enclosed inside a sealed case (i.e., a sealed space) assembled by covering an attachment base with a cup-shaped bracket. A motor substrate on which a motor driving circuit is formed is provided in a gap formed in an axial direction between (i) the rotor and the stator and (ii) a base portion inside a bracket opening of the bracket.
