An object of the present invention is to provide a physical quantity detection device configured to reduce an influence of a resonance phenomenon of sound pressure on flow rate characteristics. The physical quantity detection device according to the present invention includes: a housing arranged in the main passage; a sub-passage arranged in the housing; a flow rate detection unit arranged in the sub-passage; a circuit unit electrically connected to the flow rate detection unit; a circuit chamber arranged in the housing and accommodating the circuit unit; and a first introduction passage including one end open to the sub-passage and the other end open to the circuit chamber to communicate between the sub-passage and the circuit chamber. The flow rate detection unit includes a diaphragm including a diaphragm front surface exposed to the sub-passage and a diaphragm rear surface exposed to a closed chamber that communicates with the circuit chamber, and the circuit chamber includes at least one or more protrusions arranged opposite an opening to which the other end of the first introduction passage is open.

Physical quantity detection device

Provided is a physical quantity detection device that can improve physical quantity measurement accuracy over a conventional device. A physical quantity detection deviceincludes a detector including a flow rate detection unit, a circuit board, a housing, and a cover. The detector detects a physical quantity and is mounted on the circuit board. The housinghouses the circuit board. The coveris fixed to the housingand defines an auxiliary passagein which the flow rate detection unitis disposed. A physical quantity detection device for reducing an influence of a sound wave generated in a turbocharger and suppressing a decrease in detection accuracy of a physical quantity including a flow rate of gas. The device detects a physical quantity of air from an intake passage of an engine equipped with a turbocharger. The physical device includes a sub-passage that takes in part of air flowing from an upstream to a downstream side of the intake passage along a first direction, and a flow rate detection unit that detects a flow rate of the air taken in the sub-passage. The sub-passage includes an inlet that opens toward the upstream side in the first direction, an outlet that opens toward the downstream side in the first direction, and an attenuation chamber that attenuates a sound wave propagating from the turbocharger to an inside of the outlet.

An object is to improve measurement accuracy of a flow rate measurement device. A flow rate measurement device including: a first void which is formed of one surface of the support body and one surface of the circuit board; a second void which is formed of a surface opposite to the one surface of the circuit board and the housing; and a third void which is formed of a surface opposite to the one surface of the support body and a cover.

Flow rate measurement device

Provided is a physical quantity detection device capable of improving noise performance of a flow rate detection unit as compared with the related art. The physical quantity detection deviceincludes a plate-like chip packagethat is arranged to protrude from the flow path of the measurement target gas and has a width W along the flow direction of the measurement target gas. The chip packageincludes a flow rate detection unit, an accelerating flow path, a measurement surface, a non-measurement surface, and a separation flow portion. The cross sectional area of the accelerating flow pathis reduced, and the flow rate detection unitis arranged. The separation flow portionpartitions the second sub-passageinto a measurement flow path facing the measurement surfaceand a non-measurement flow path facing the non-measurement surface. In the width direction Dw of the chip package, the end portionof the accelerating flow pathand the end portionof the separation flow portionare separated from each other.

Physical-quantity detection device

To obtain a physical quantity detection device capable of reducing an intake amount of air accompanied by foreign matter. A physical quantity detection device () of the invention includes a housing arranged in a main passage through which a measurement target gas () flows. The housing is provided with a second sub-passage (B) that takes in a part of the measurement target gas () flowing in the main passage, a circuit chamber () that accommodates a pressure sensor () that detects a pressure of the measurement target gas (), and a pressure introduction passage () having one end opened in the middle of the second sub-passage (B) and the other end opened in the circuit chamber () and capable of introducing the pressure of the measurement target gas () from the second sub-passage (B) into the circuit chamber (). Provided is a physical quantity detection device capable of achieving both rigidity improvement and sealability improvement. A physical quantity detection device () of the invention includes a housing (), a cover (), a chip package (), and a flow rate sensor () supported by the chip package and arranged in a sub-passage. The housing includes: a first adhesive grooveA which is an adhesive groove to which an adhesive for bonding the cover is applied, extends along a proximal end of the housing, extends in the protruding direction of the housing from the proximal end of the housing to a position on a more distal end side of the housing than the chip package, and is applied with the first adhesive; and a second adhesive grooveB which extends along the sub-passageand is applied with the second adhesive. The first adhesive has a higher Young's modulus, and the second adhesive has a higher thixotropy.

A bus bar and a detection element uses resin to mold and integrate, leading to a disadvantage of complicating manufacturing. The bus bar is sandwiched and fixed between a second mold member and a first mold member. A sensor substrate on which a detection element is mounted is installed above the second mold member. The detection element is fixedly disposed at a position facing the bus bar, and detects a current flowing through the bus bar.

Current detection apparatus

A power conversion device of the present invention includes a power conversion circuit configured to convert power; a conductor configured to transmit a current to the power conversion circuit; and a coreless current sensor configured to detect the current, in which the coreless current sensor includes: a magnetic field detection portion configured to detect a magnetic field of the current; and a shield portion that faces the magnetic field detection portion, the conductor includes: a first conductor portion that passes through a space between the magnetic field detection portion and the shield portion; and a second conductor portion connected to the first conductor portion via a first bent portion, and the first bent portion is formed such that the space between the magnetic field detection portion and the shield portion is not disposed in a direction perpendicular to a face of the second conductor portion closest to the shield portion.

Power conversion device

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a current detection device which is less susceptible to a disturbance magnetic flux and does not easily cause the decrease of a detectable maximum current. A current detection device is provided with: a first magnetic shield member which has a side wall part that covers one side of a conductor and a protruding part that protrudes toward the other side from the side wall part; and a second magnetic shield member which has a side wall part that covers the other side of the conductor and a protruding part that protrudes toward the one side from the side wall part, and the protruding part of the first magnetic shield member and the protruding part of the second magnetic shield member form a gap therebetween while overlapping each other in the protruding direction of the protruding parts.
