Whether route guidance information output from a navigation device to which an external device is connectable is provided by a navigation function of the external device or by that of the navigation device is able to be identified. A navigation device () that outputs route guidance information to HMI devices () to () and an external device () having a navigation function connected to the navigation device are included. The navigation device includes an external device detection means () that detects an input from the external device and an output control means () that controls output of route guidance information to the HMI devices. When the external device detection means has detected an input from the external device, the output control means outputs route guidance information provided by the navigation function included in the external device to the HMI devices in an output mode different from when route guidance information is output to the HMI devices by a navigation function included in the navigation device.

A voice processing device includes a voice recognition unit for extracting a command contained in an input voice, and a control unit for controlling operation of the voice processing device itself and/or instructing external devices to operate, based on the extracted command and/or operation instruction information provided. The control unit stores, in a storage device as an operation history, operation information associating the command or a part thereof and/or the operation instruction information or a part of the operation instruction information with details of the operation which is performed by the voice processing device and/or the external device based on the command and/or the operation instruction information. An on-vehicle remote control apparatus includes a use-state determining device configured to determine whether a vehicle is in use. The vehicle has a remotely controllable on-vehicle device. An emergency-mode determining device is configured to determine whether the vehicle is in an emergency mode. A remote-control-execution determining device is configured to determine whether a remote-control executing device is permitted to execute remote control of the on-vehicle device. If the use-state determining device determines that the vehicle is in use, the remote-control-execution determining device prohibits the remote-control executing device from executing the remote control of the on-vehicle device. Even when the use-state determining device determines that the vehicle is in use, if the emergency-mode determining device determines that the vehicle is in the emergency mode, the remote-control-execution determining device permits the remote-control executing device to execute the remote control of the on-vehicle device.

An information display device includes: a communications part that receives, from multiple external devices, information on a time zone of the current position identified by the multiple external devices; a time zone-identification part that identifies a time zone of the current position of the self-device, on the basis of the information received from the multiple external devices; and a display control part that displays time in the identified time zone of the current position on a display part, in which the time zone-identification part repeatedly calculates, for a first predetermined time length, an accumulated time in which time zones received from a predetermined number of the external devices match one another, and when the accumulated match time is not shorter than a predetermined time, identifies the matched time zone as the time zone of the current position.
