A screw compressor is provided with: a compressor body in which a screw rotor is accommodated in a rotor casing; a motor in which a rotator and a stator are accommodated in a motor chamber, the motor for rotationally driving a rotor shaft through use of a motor shaft; axial liquid supplying parts, provided on an anti-rotor side of the motor shaft; a motor shaft cooling part which is a cavity extending in the axial direction inside the motor shaft, the motor shaft cooling part for cooling the motor shaft by circulating a cooling liquid through the inside of the cavity thereof; and a liquid outlet part positioned on a rotor side of the motor shaft or a motor side of the rotor shaft and fluidically connected to the motor shaft cooling part so as to extend radially inward from an outlet opening formed in an outer surface of the motor shaft or the rotor shaft.

Screw compressor

A compression device is equipped with a compressor () and a heat energy recovery unit () that recovers heat energy from a compressed gas. The heat energy recovery unit () is equipped with: a heat exchanger () that has an inflow port (), and that heats an operating medium by means of the heat from the compressed gas; an expansion device (); a power recovery unit (); a condenser (); and a pump (). The heat exchanger () is arranged closer to the compressor () than the expansion device (), and is oriented such that the inflow port () faces the compressor ().

Compression device

A thermal energy recovery device includes: a circulation line having an evaporator, an expander, a condenser, and a pump; a power recovery machine; a first on-off valve; a thermal energy introduction line configured to introduce a gas phase working medium into a post-expansion space; a second on-off valve; and a control unit. Until an evaporation condition that a liquid phase working medium accumulated in the post-expansion space has reached an amount equal to or smaller than a reference amount is met, the control unit closes the first on-off valve and opens the second on-off valve, and drives the pump in a state where the expander is stopped, and when the evaporation condition is met, the control unit opens the first on-off valve and closes the second on-off valve, and drives the expander.

Thermal energy recovery device and operating method of the same

A thermal energy recovery device () includes a circulation passage () having an evaporator (), an expander (), a condenser (), and pump (), and a controller () controlling the rotational number of the pump (). The expander () is driven upon introduction of a mixed medium of a working medium evaporated in the evaporator () and oil into the expander (). The controller () can execute a thermal load control for controlling the rotational number of the pump () according to a thermal load in the evaporator () and an oil return control for driving the pump () at the rotational number higher than that of the pump () controlled by the thermal load control. The oil return control is executed if a preset oil accumulation condition regarding an accumulation degree of the oil that is separated from the working medium evaporated in the evaporator () is satisfied.

Thermal energy recovery device

A compressing device of the present invention comprises a compressor, a heat exchanger, an expander, a power recovery unit, a condenser, a pump, a bypass flow passage for bypassing the expander, and a bypass valve. When a bypass condition for allowing a working medium to circulate through the bypass flow passage is satisfied, the bypass valve is caused to be opened, thereby allowing the working medium to circulate between the heat exchanger and the condenser through the bypass flow passage. As a result, a compressed gas discharged from the compressor is cooled by the working medium in the heat exchanger. This configuration makes it possible to cool the compressed gas by the working medium in the heat exchanger regardless of operation conditions of the expander.

Compressing device

Provided is a heat-collecting-type power generation system capable of maintaining a stable power generation efficiency even if supplied heat varies. The system includes an evaporator that heats and vaporizes a working medium; a displacement-type expander driven by the vaporized working medium; a power generator driven together with the expander; a condenser that cools and condenses the gas-phase working medium sent from the expander; and a circulation pump that draws the condensed liquid-phase working medium, raises pressure and transports the same to the evaporator, wherein the expander includes a plurality of expansion parts that expand the working medium stepwise, and internal volume ratios of the expansion parts are adjusted in a design phase, so that if at least one of a suction pressure and a discharge pressure of the expander varies, an overall thermal insulation efficiency is 70 percent or more, in a range of the variation.

Heat-collecting-type power generation system

In order to suppress the damage and the degradation in durability of a bearing of an expander, simplify the configuration of the expander, and reduce the manufacturing cost thereof, an expander of the present invention includes an expander rotor that is rotationally driven by an expanding force transmitted from vapor of a working medium introduced into an expansion chamber and a first bearing that supports a first rotation shaft of the expander rotor to a vapor inlet, a casing includes therein first bearing chambers that have a pressure lower than that of the vapor inlet and accommodate the first bearing, and a passage that leads lubricant to a low-pressure portion having a pressure lower than that of the first bearing chamber is connected to a position above the lowermost portion of the first bearing in the first bearing chamber.

A power generation apparatus according to the present invention includes: an expander; a generator that includes a generator rotor driven by the expander and a stator disposed outside the generator rotor in the radial direction; and a casing that includes an expander chamber accommodating the expander and a generator chamber accommodating the generator. The casing includes a first communication portion that causes an expansion chamber which gradually expands a working medium by the expander in the expander chamber to communicate with a front generator portion which is located nearer the expansion chamber than the generator in the generator chamber and a second communication portion that causes a portion which is a downstream portion from the expansion chamber and is located near the expansion chamber with respect to the generator to communicate with the front generator portion.

Power generation apparatus including lubricant separation member

A power generation apparatus according to the present invention includes: an inlet which is provided at a location on an opposite side of an expander rotor with respect to a power generator stator in a power generator housing and which is capable of leading a working medium into the power generator housing, a cooling flow passage which supplies the inlet from a circulation pump with the working medium without interposition of an evaporator, a communication opening which is capable of leading the working medium out of the power generator housing so as to lead the working medium to a condenser, and a throttle valve which depressurizes the working medium led via the cooling flow passage from the circulation pump into the power generator housing.

Power generation apparatus

Refrigerator

A power generation apparatus that suppress cavitation includes a first on/off valve provided between a steam generator and an expander in a circulating channel; a bypass channel connected between an area between the steam generator and the first on/off valve and an area between the expander and a condenser; a second on/off valve provided in the bypass channel; a third on/off valve provided between a pump and the steam generator; and a controller. When stopping the pump, the controller outputs a control signal that stops the pump, a control signal that closes the first on/off valve, a control signal that opens the second on/off valve, and a control signal that closes the third on/off valve.
