A pneumatic tire includes: an annular structure that is cylindrical and metal where at least an outer side surface in the radial direction is a rough surface; a tread rubber layer that will become a tread portion provided along a circumferential direction of the annular structure on an outer side of the annular structure; and a carcass portion including fibers covered with rubber, provided on at least both sides in a direction parallel to a center axis of the cylindrical structure including the annular structure and the tread rubber layer.

Pneumatic tire with cylindrical metal annular structure and method of manufacturing same

A pneumatic tire including: a cylindrical annular structure; a rubber layer, which will become a tread portion, provided along a circumferential direction of the annular structure on an outer side of the annular structure; a carcass portion provided on at least both sides in a width direction of the cylindrical structure including the annular structure and the rubber layer; and an extending portion that extends from both sides in the width direction of the annular structure farther outward in the width direction than a ground contact edge on the outer side in the width direction of the tread portion, and that is provided in plurality on both sides in the width direction along the circumferential direction of the annular structure.

Pneumatic tire

A cylindrical body is formed by mounting a carcass to the outer periphery of a film formed of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic resin elastomer composition. A molded body is formed by fitting bead rings on opposite width direction ends of the cylindrical body, and the molded body is sucked on a transfer mold's inner periphery. After a rigid inner mold is inserted into the molded body, suction stops and the molded body is transferred to the inner mold's outer periphery. Opposite carcass ends in a width direction are turned up on the inner mold, while other tire members are stacked on the molded body's outer periphery to mold a green tire. The tire and inner mold are placed in disposed inside a heated curing mold and the film is inflated to cure the tire and bond the film to the inner peripheral tire surface to form an inner layer.

Method of manufacturing pneumatic tire

A green tire of a pneumatic tire, including a cylindrical annular structure, an unvulcanized rubber layer, which will become a tread portion, provided along a circumferential direction of the annular structure on an outer side of the annular structure, and a carcass portion including fibers covered with rubber, provided on at least both sides in the width direction of a cylindrical structure including the annular structure and the unvulcanized rubber layer, is disposed in a vulcanization mold. The vulcanization mold is split into the side plates and the sector at a position on the inner side in the width direction of the annular structure. Next, the bladder inside the green tire is pressurized after closing the side plates and prior to closing the sector. Then the sector is closed and vulcanization is started.

Method for manufacturing pneumatic tire

Provided is a compact casting apparatus capable of producing a high-quality casted product. While the internal pressures of a mold and a hopper are directly reduced by depressurizing means through a pipe and a branch pipe, the mold and the hopper are gradually tilted to fill the mold with a molten metal accommodated in the hopper. After the filling is completed, an open-close gate closes a runner. The molten metal is solidified with only the mold being directly pressured by pressurizing means through the pipe.

A manufacturing method for manufacturing a tire vulcanization mold may include: providing a projection that projects in the thickness direction midway in the vertical direction of the blade; providing a communicating portion that extends from below the projection to above the projection and that penetrates the blade in the thickness direction; forming the exhaust groove on the tire molding surface so the initial thickness of the exhaust groove is thinner than the thickness of the projection; inserting and positioning the bottom end of the blade in the exhaust groove; forming a small gap between an upper side portion of the projection of the embedded blade and the exhaust groove by embedding the positioned blade by press fitting in the depth direction into the exhaust groove while expanding the exhaust groove in the thickness direction by the projection; and linking the small gap and the exhaust hole through the communicating portion.

Tire vulcanization mold and manufacturing method therefor

A tire vulcanization mold includes an elongated exhaust groove open to a tire molding surface, a plate-like blade inserted in the exhaust groove leaving a small gap between the blade and groove defining surfaces, and an exhaust hole connecting the exhaust groove and mold exterior. The exhaust groove has a length reduced partway in a mold depth direction, and includes upper and shorter lower groove portions positioned on mold surface and back surface sides, respectively, of the mold. The upper groove portion thickness is greater than the blade thickness, and the lower groove portion thickness is less than or equal to the blade thickness. The blade includes a communicating portion connecting the upper and lower groove portions, and abuts against portions of the mold defining a bottom surface of the upper groove portion and edge surfaces of both sides in a thickness direction of the lower groove portion.

Tire vulcanization mold

A vulcanizing mold manufacturing method, and a tire vulcanizing mold are disclosed. Tubular bodies each formed by oppositely arranging the inner peripheral surfaces of both end portions of a plate-shaped body are each arranged so that the gap between both opposite end portions thereof is narrowed and that the tips of both end portions come in contact with the surface of the plaster mold, by inserting and fitting both opposite end portions into a fitting portion of a plate-shaped metal fitting protruding from the surface of the plaster mold. Molten metal is poured over the surface of the plaster mold to embed the tubular body in a mold while exposing the tips of both opposite end portions at the tire molding surface of the mold. The metal fitting is removed from the mold, so that a mold having a small gap between both opposite end portions is manufactured.

Method of manufacturing mold for tire vulcanization and mold for tire vulcanization

A cylindrical-shaped body is formed by mounting a carcass to the outer peripheral side of a film formed of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic resin elastomer composition, a primary molded body is formed by fitting bead rings on opposite width direction ends of the cylindrical-shaped body, and the primary molded body is sucked on the inner peripheral surface of a transfer and holding mold. After a rigid inner mold is inserted into the body, suction is stopped and the body is transferred to the outer peripheral surface of the inner mold. Then, another tire member is stacked on the outer peripheral surface to mold a green tire. The tire, from which the inner mold was removed, is mounted inside a curing mold which is heated. The film is inflated and heated to vulcanize the tire, and bonded to the inner peripheral tire surface to form an inner layer.

A method for separating and removing a rigid core when building a tire. When the rigid core body is to be separated and removed from the inside of the tire, the method includes removing a core holding mechanism and upper and lower support plates; transferring the tire to a support table; raising a second core separation/removal mechanism; horizontally pulling a first type of segment groups until separated from the inner surface of the tire; lowering the first type of the segment groups below the support table; lowering a first core separation/removal mechanism to the center of the height position of the rigid core body; horizontally pulling the second type of the segment groups until they are separated from the inner surface of the tire; transferring a second type of the segment groups with a second core separation/removal mechanism, and conveying the tire to the subsequent process.

Method and device for separating and removing rigid core for building tire

A tire vulcanization mold manufacturing method can manufacture a tire vulcanization mold having an exhaust mechanism capable of ensuring sufficient exhaust with fewer processing steps. When a mold having a surface of a gypsum mold transferred to the mold is to be manufactured by pouring molten metal onto the surface of the gypsum mold and solidifying the molten metal, a tubular body having a slit allowing hollow inside to communicate with the outside is disposed in such a way that the slit is brought into contact with the surface of the gypsum mold. Thereafter, the molten metal is poured onto the surface of the gypsum mold in such a way that the tubular body is buried in the mold while the slit is exposed on a tire molding surface of the mold.

Tire vulcanization mold manufacturing method and tire vulcanization mold

A camera device includes an image sensor which is assembled into a case, a first perspective-control component including a convex partial spherical surface for performing perspective control, and a second perspective-control component including a concave partial spherical surface having a radius of curvature and a center of curvature which are equal to those of the convex partial spherical surface. Before completion of the assembly of the image sensor into the case, the second perspective-control component is mounted on the first perspective-control component attached to a back side of the image sensor, and perspective control is performed with the convex partial spherical surface and the concave partial spherical surface in surface contact with each other. The first perspective-control component and the second perspective-control component are secured to each other via an adhesive after completion of the perspective control.

Camera device and manufacturing method for a camera device

A device for separating and removing a rigid core when building a tire, including a slide table and positioning means which are provided on a support table of the separation/removal device. The slide table is slidable to convey the tire, whose inner surface is held by the rigid core body and a core holding mechanism, to a central position on the support table. An elevating device is provided on the central axis of the support table, and includes a clamping means to elevate the rigid core body and the tire from which the core holding mechanism is removed, to a position where the rigid core body and the tire do not interfere with the core holding mechanism. A pair of core separation/removal mechanisms are disposed below the center of the support table, capable of elevating movement, and radially contracting and removing each type of the segment groups.
