A conveyance device () comprises: a carriage (); a support column (); a lifting device () that moves in the vertical direction along the support column (); and a load platform () that is moved in the vertical direction by the lifting device (). The lifting device () includes an upper guide (), a lower guide (), and a linking member () for linking an upper member () and a lower member () together. The upper guide () includes: a first wheel () that rolls on a rear surface () of the support column (); and the upper member () which supports the first wheel (). The lower guide () includes: a second wheel () that rolls on a front surface () of the support column (); and the lower member () which supports the second wheel (), the lower guide being disposed below the upper guide (). The load platform () is disposed in front of the second wheel (), and is linked to front side and rear side portions of the linking member ().

Conveyance device

A conveyance device () comprises: a base member (); a holding member () that moves along the base member (); a motor (M) for advancing and retracting the holding member (); a target (T) provided on the holding member (); an optical distance sensor () positioned so as to face the target (T) when the holding member () is in the advanced position; and a control device (). A processor () is configured such that: a basic rotation speed is applied to the motor (M) to advance the holding member (); the actual distance from the optical distance sensor () to the advanced target (T) is measured by the optical distance sensor (); a corrected distance for moving the holding member () to the advanced position is calculated on the basis of the measured actual distance; and the motor (M) moves the holding member () on the basis of the calculated corrected distance.

An optical disk pasting apparatus,for pasting two disks by overlapping the second disk D,on the first disk D,on which an adhesive agent,is coated, is featured in that said second disk D,is overlapped on the first disk D,while adsorbing and holding said second disk D,by warping so that the second disk is swelled in a direction (the direction of the arrow X) opposite to the first disk D,side opposed the second disk D,, wherein closed space,formed between both disks D,and D,is vacuumed and attracted by bringing the outside areas of the first disk D,and the second disk D,in contact with each other.

Optical disk pasting apparatus and method for pasting optical disks

A disk substrate is supported by a support base formed on a center pin which is vertically movable on a selective basis, a table is set below the disk substrate, and a stamper is positioned on the table by means of a guide ring or the like. A ring-shaped portion of resin which is cured upon radiation of ultraviolet rays is set on the stamper. The center pin is then caused to descend by means of a drive mechanism, to a first position, at which position the disk substrate is on the point of contact with the resin. Then, the disk substrate is caused to descend intermittently in units of very small amounts, to a second position, at which position the entire periphery of the ring-like resin is brought into contact with the disk substrate. From the second position, the disk substrate is made to descend by means of the a load of a weight while, at the same time, the ring-shaped portion of resin is drawn by vacuum suction from its central position, thereby forming on the surface of the stamper a resin layer on which a record, formed on the stamper, is imprinted.
