A pressure sensitive transfer tape such as transfer-type pressure sensitive correction tape or transfer-type pressure sensitive adhesive tape, for mounting in a handy-type transfer tool is provided, comprising a film support, which in turn comprises an organic polymer, and a pressure sensitive transfer layer on the film support, the pressure sensitive transfer layer comprising at least a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, the support having a first coefficient of kinetic friction on the transfer layer side of the support against a surface of a receiving object and a second coefficient of kinetic friction on the rear side of the support against a head member of a transfer tool, the first coefficient of kinetic friction being larger than the second coefficient of kinetic friction, and the difference between the first coefficient of kinetic friction and the second coefficient of kinetic friction being not less than 0.01.

Pressure sensitive transfer tape

A pressure-sensitive correction tape is provided which comprises a foundation, a masking layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer stacked on the foundation in this order, the masking layer comprising a masking agent, a polymer having rubber elasticity and an ester compound which is liquid at ordinary temperature and has a boiling point of not less than 130&deg; C. at ordinary pressure.

Pressure-sensitive correction tape

A pressure-sensitive correction tape is provided which includes: a foundation tape; and a pressure-sensitive transfer layer for masking-correction formed on one side of the foundation tape, wherein the pressure-sensitive transfer layer comprises a masking layer containing a pigment and a vehicle and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on a surface of the masking layer; wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a thickness of 0.8 .mu.m to 1.6 .mu.m; and wherein a thickness ratio between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the masking layer is 1:14 to 1:35.
