Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition that can be firmly bonded to an adherend with an active energy ray-curable adhesive provided therebetween, and provided are a molded product and a film each including such a thermoplastic resin composition. Also provided are a thermoplastic resin composition that is less likely to be whitened even when the adhesive permeates thereinto and a molded product and a film each including such a thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition according to the present disclosure contains 70 to 95 mass % of a thermoplastic resin and 5 to 30 mass % of a multilayer structure polymer (C) having a multilayer particle structure, and the multilayer structure polymer (C) has a median diameter Da of no less than 200 nm and less than 500 nm when the median diameter Da is measured through a laser diffraction/scattering technique with the thermoplastic resin composition dissolved in acetone.

A resin composite that excels in weatherability and transparency and experiences less bleed out and whitening at a high temperature, and a method for producing the resin composite, and the like are provided. Specifically, the resin composite includes: a methacrylic resin (A) that contains a structural unit derived from methyl methacrylate and that has a melt viscosity &#x3b7;(A) of 1,500 to 3,500 Pa&#xb7;s; and a block copolymer (B) in which a methacrylic acid ester polymer block (b2) is coupled to an acrylic acid ester polymer block (b1). The block copolymer (B) has a melt viscosity &#x3b7;(B) of 75 to 1,500 Pa&#xb7;s. A ratio &#x3b7;(A)/&#x3b7;(B) is from 1 to 20. 0.1 to 3 parts by mass of a hydroxy phenyl triazine-based UV absorber is contained in 100 parts by mass of the total of the methacrylic resin (A) and the block copolymer (B).

The resin composite contains a methacrylic resin (A), which contains no less than 80% by mass of a structural unit derived from methyl methacrylate and has a melt viscosity &#x3b7;(A) of 1500 to 3500 Pa&#xb7;s at 220&#xb0; C. and a shear rate of 122/sec, and a triblock copolymer (B), which has a methacrylic acid ester polymer block (b2) coupled to each of two ends of an acrylic acid ester polymer block (b1), at a specific ratio. The triblock copolymer (B) includes the block (b1) and the block (b2) at a specific ratio and has a melt viscosity &#x3b7;(B) of 75 to 1500 Pa&#xb7;s at 220&#xb0; C. and a shear rate of 122/sec. The ratio of &#x3b7;(A)/&#x3b7;(B) is from 1 to 20.

The disclosed multilayer structure is a multilayer structure including a substrate and a barrier layer stacked on the substrate. The 3% strain tension of the substrate in at least one direction is at least 2000 N/m. The barrier layer contains a reaction product (R). The reaction product (R) is a reaction product formed by a reaction at least between a metal oxide (A) and a phosphorus compound (B). In an infrared absorption spectrum of the barrier layer in a range of 800 to 1400 cm, a wavenumber (n) at which maximum infrared absorption occurs is in a range of 1080 to 1130 cm. A metal atom constituting the metal oxide (A) is essentially an aluminum atom.

Provided is a thermoplastic acrylic resin composition comprising a methacrylic resin (A) and a polyvinyl acetal resin (B) obtained by acetalizing a polyvinyl alcohol resin with an aldehyde having 4 or more carbon atoms and an aldehyde having 3 or less carbon atoms in which the total amount of the vinyl alcohol units acetalized with the aldehyde having 4 or more carbon atoms and the aldehyde having 3 or less carbon atoms is 65 to 85 mol % of all repeating units, and the molar ratio of the vinyl alcohol unit acetalized with the aldehyde having 4 or more carbon atoms to the vinyl alcohol unit acetalized with the aldehyde having 3 or less carbon atoms is from 90/10 to 0/100. Thermoplastic acrylic resin composition

A lubricating oil additive containing at least one acrylic block copolymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 10,000 to 1,000,000 and a molecular weight distribution [ratio of weight-average molecular weight (Mw) to number-average molecular weight (Mn), i.e., Mw/Mn ratio] of 1.5 or below; and lubricating oil compositions containing the additive. The lubricating oil additive exhibits a thickening effect higher than those of conventional acrylic lubricating oil additives and can improve the viscosity index of lubricating oil even when added in a small amount. Further, the additive can also improve the low-temperature characteristics, flow characteristics, and shear stability. The lubricating oil compositions enable energy saving and can lengthen the lifetime of lubricating oil and reduce the load on the global environment.

The present invention concerns a polymer composition comprising: a block copolymer (a) including a polymer block A, which is composed mainly of an &#x3b1;-methylstyrene, and a hydrogenated or unhydrogenated polymer block B, which is composed of a conjugated diene or isobutylene and has a weight average molecular weight of 30,000 to 200,000; an acrylic resin (b); and a softener (c), wherein proportions (by mass) of the respective components in the polymer composition are such that each of the following relationships (1) and (2) holds:0.05&#x2266;2 and&#x2003;&#x2003;(1)/()&#x2266;0.5&#x2003;&#x2003;(2)wherein Wa, Wb, and Wc represent amounts (by mass) of the block copolymer (a), the acrylic resin (b) and the softener (c), respectively. The polymer composition obtainable in accordance with the present invention is favorable in terms of such physical properties as formability, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, flexibility, mechanical strength, rubber elasticity, and transparency and exhibits these properties in a well-balanced manner. By exploiting these favorable properties, the polymer composition can be effectively used in a wide range of applications, including stretchable materials, laminates, and foams.
