An extrusion assembly for a micro-puree machine uses a plunger coupled to the main driven shaft to push the processed ingredients out of a nozzle coupled to the bowl. The plunger includes a seal around its perimeter to ensure maximum contact with the walls of the bowl and thus allow for maximum extrusion yield. The extrude function is integrated into a program on the main user interface with a predetermined translation speed/flow rate.

Provided is a shared output connector assembly for connecting a first dispenser assembly and a second dispenser assembly. The shared output connector assembly includes a primary lever and at least one projection configured to mechanically connect the primary lever to a first lever of the first dispenser assembly and a second lever of the second dispenser assembly. When the shared output connector assembly is attached to the first dispenser assembly and the second dispenser assembly, the first lever and the second lever are independently actuatable. When the primary lever is actuated, the at least one projection causes the first lever and the second lever to actuate.

Nozzle control assemblies for a micro-puree machine include a bowl having a first end, a second end, and a sidewall extending between the first and send ends, the sidewall defining an interior volume of the bowl. The second end includes a nozzle in fluid communication with an interior of the bowl. A stopper is configured to be arranged in a first position, in which the stopper covers the nozzle, and a second position, in which the stopper does not cover the nozzle. A dial is assembleable to the second end of the bowl and configured to control extrusion of ingredients from the interior volume of the bowl through the nozzle.
