A coil component includes a body having a first surface and a first end surface and a second end surface each connected to the first surface and opposing each other, a support substrate disposed in the body, a coil unit including a first coil pattern, a first lead pattern and a second lead pattern respectively disposed on a first surface of the support substrate opposing the first surface of the body, first and second slit portions respectively disposed in edge portions between the first end surface and the second end surface of the body and exposing the first and second lead patterns, and first and second external electrodes arranged in the first and second slit portions and connected to the coil unit, wherein a ratio of a line width of any one of the first and second lead patterns to a line width of any one turn of the first coil pattern satisfies 1 to 1.5.

Coil component

A coil component includes a body having one surface and the other surface, opposing each other, both lateral surfaces respectively connecting the one surface and the other surface and opposing each other, and both end surfaces respectively connecting the both lateral surfaces and opposing each other; a coil unit disposed in the body; a first external electrode and a second external electrode, respectively connected to the coil unit and disposed to be spaced apart from each other on the one surface of the body; and a first insulating layer covering the other surface of the body, the both lateral surfaces of the body, and the both end surfaces of the body.

A coil component includes a body including a first insulating resin, a coil unit disposed in the body, and first and second external electrodes disposed to be spaced apart from each other on the body and connected to the coil unit, wherein a first surface of the body has a recess portion, and an identification portion is disposed in the recess portion and includes a second insulating resin.

A coil component is provided. The coil component includes a body having fifth and sixth surfaces opposing each other, first and second surfaces respectively connecting the fifth and sixth surfaces of the body and opposing each other, and third and fourth surfaces respectively connecting the first and second surfaces of the body and opposing each other in one direction, a recess disposed in an edge between one of the first and second surfaces of the body and the sixth surface of the body, a coil portion disposed inside the body and exposed through the recess, and an external electrode including a connection portion disposed in the recess and connected to the coil portion, and a pad portion disposed on one surface of the body. A length of the pad portion in the one direction is greater than a length of the connection portion in the one direction.

A coil component includes a support substrate, a coil portion disposed on at least one surface of the support substrate, a body including the support substrate and the coil portion disposed therein, an external electrode disposed on a surface of the body and connected to the coil portion, and an insulating layer disposed in a region of the surface of the body other than a region in which the external electrode is disposed, wherein an average roughness (Ra) of the surface of the body in contact with the external electrode is different from an average roughness (Ra) of the surface of the body in contact with the insulating layer.

A coil electronic component includes a body having one surface and the other surface, opposing each other, and a plurality of wall surfaces respectively connecting the one surface and the other surface of the body, first and second recesses, respectively formed in both end surfaces of the body opposing each other among the plurality of wall surfaces of the body, extending to the one surface of the body, a wound coil, embedded in the body, including first and second lead-out portions, a first external electrode disposed along an internal wall of the first recess and the one surface of the body and connected to the first lead-out portion, and a second external electrode disposed along an internal wall of the second recess and the one surface of the body and connected to the first lead-out portion. The first and second external electrodes are spaced apart from each other.

Coil electronic component

A coil component includes a support substrate, a coil portion disposed on at least one surface of the support substrate, a body, in which the support substrate and the coil portion are disposed, having one surface and the other surface opposing each other, a first external electrode and a second external electrode disposed on the other surface of the body to be spaced apart from each other and connected to the coil portion, a marking portion disposed on the one surface of the body, and a first insulating layer disposed on the one surface of the body and having an opening exposing the marking portion. The marking portion has a thickness less than or equal to a thickness of the first insulating layer.

A coil component includes a body having one surface and the other surface and a plurality of wall surfaces, first and second insulating substrates spaced apart from each other, first and second recesses disposed in both end surfaces of the body and extending to one surface of the body, first and second coil portions disposed on the first and second insulating substrates, one ends and the other ends of the first and second coil portions being exposed to the first and second recesses, first and second external electrodes disposed along an inner surface of the first recess and one surface of the body and connected to one ends of the first and second coil portions, and third and fourth external electrodes disposed along an inner surface of the second recess and one surface of the body and connected to the other ends of the first and second coil portions.

A coil component includes a body and a coil portion disposed in the body and including first and second lead-out portions. Recesses are disposed along edges of one surface of the body, and expose the first and second lead-out portions to internal walls and lower surfaces of the recesses. First and second external electrodes are disposed in the recesses, and are connected to the first and second lead-out portions. A third external electrode is disposed in the recesses, and is connected to a connection electrode disposed on side surfaces of the body and on another surface of the body opposite to the one surface. An external insulating layer covers the connection electrode, and has an opening exposing at least a portion of the connection electrode. A shielding layers is disposed on the external insulating layer and in the opening and connects to the connection electrode.

A coil component includes a body having a bottom surface and a top surface opposing each other in one direction, and a plurality of walls each connecting the bottom surface to the top surface of the body; recesses respectively formed in both front and rear surfaces of the body opposing each other among the plurality of walls of the body and extending up to the bottom surface of the body; a coil portion buried in the body and including first and second lead-out portions exposed to internal walls and lower ledge surfaces of the recesses; first and second external electrodes respectively including connection portions disposed in the recesses and extended portions disposed on the bottom surface of the body, and connected to the coil portion; a shielding layer including a cap portion disposed on the top surface of the body and side wall portions respectively disposed on the plurality of walls of the body; and an insulating layer disposed between the body and the shielding layer and extending onto lower ledge surfaces and internal walls of the recesses to cover the connection portions.

A capacitor includes a structure including a plurality of openings penetrating from a first surface of the structure to a second surface opposing the first surface; a capacitor layer disposed on the second surface of the structure and in the plurality of the openings and including a dielectric layer, and a first electrode and a second electrode, the dielectric layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; a first connection layer disposed on the first surface of the structure and connected to the first electrode; a second connection layer disposed on the capacitor layer on the second surface and connected to the second electrode of the structure; and first and second terminals disposed on opposite side surfaces of the structure and connected to the first connection layer and the second connection layer, respectively.

Capacitor and method of manufacturing the same

A thin-film ceramic capacitor includes a body in which dielectric layers and first and second electrode layers are alternately disposed on a substrate, and first and second electrode pads disposed on external surfaces of the body. A plurality of vias are disposed in the body. Each of a plurality of first vias connects the first electrode layers and the first electrode pad to each other. Each of a plurality of second vias connects the second electrode layers and the second electrode pad to each other. A separation slit is disposed to penetrate from an upper surface of the body and extend to the substrate, and the pluralities of first and second vias are disposed symmetrically with respect to the separation slit.
