A method for providing haptic feedback includes sensing a user's input through a display panel, determining haptic feedback corresponding to the input, and controlling a voltage applied to each of the plurality of actuators to provide the determined haptic feedback to a location where the input is sensed, wherein the controlling of the voltage applied to each of the plurality of actuators includes adjusting the voltage applied to each of the plurality of actuators to reduce the magnitude of radiation noise of the panel due to excitation of the plurality of actuators and to uniformize the magnitude of the noise for each location of the panel.

Disclosed is a coherence-adjustable digital holography system. More particularly, the coherence-adjustable digital holography system includes a light source part for generating low-interference light; a dispersion part for dispersing the generated light, an adjustment part for adjusting coherence by adjusting a spectrum bandwidth of the light which has passed through the dispersion part; and a detection part for detecting a holographic image of a subject from the adjusted light. In accordance with such a configuration, an interference fringe may be easily obtained through coherence adjustment, whereby the accuracy of a detected holographic image may be improved.

The present invention relates to a multi-layer capacitor. The multi-layer capacitor of the present invention includes a main body formed by alternately stacking a plurality of dielectric layers and a plurality of inner electrode layers, in which all the plurality of dielectric layers are poled in a same direction; a cover layer for covering and protecting the main body from outside; and outer electrodes electrically connected to the inner electrode layers to apply voltage to the inner electrode layers. Since deformation is offset overall in the multi-layer capacitor of the present invention, the piezoelectric effect occurs in an opposite direction in each of adjacent dielectric layers due to the poling process, and thus the present invention has an effect of reducing vibration and noise.

The present invention relates to a plasmonic optical waveguide using plasmonic coupling between a nano-aperture and a nano-particle. The plasmonic optical waveguide includes the nano-aperture formed with an opening of a nano-scale through which light enters; and a single metal nano-particle arranged at the focal point of the nano-aperture to generate plasmon coupling in association with the light output from the nano-aperture. The plasmonic optical waveguide has an effect of forming a small and strong high-intensity high-density light spot of a sub-wavelength size, in which an amplification rate is increased at the output surface of the nano-particle more than a few hundred times compared with the incident light, since the light is transmitted by plasmon coupling generated between the nano-aperture and the nano-particle.

The present invention relates to an image stabilizing apparatus for a camera module capable of effectively stabilizing an image of the camera module, implementing miniaturization and slimness, and reducing a manufacture cost of the camera module by supplying a two-axial correction structure to perform correction in an X axial direction or an Y axial direction of an automatic focusing unit through a ball holder having upper balls and lower balls. To achieve the object, the present invention provides an image stabilizing apparatus for a camera module including; an automatic focusing unit with slide grooves having lengths in an X axial direction or in an Y axial direction perpendicular to an optical axis on a bottom surface; a driving unit for moving the automatic focusing unit in the X axial direction or the Y axial direction; a ball holder installed on the bottom surface of the automatic focusing unit and provided with upper balls slidably coupled to the slide grooves on a top surface and lower balls on a bottom surface; and a lower guide which is installed on the bottom surface of the ball holder and includes slide grooves on a top surface, wherein the slide grooves are slidably coupled with the lower balls of the ball holder and have lengths in the Y axial direction or the X axial direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the slide grooves of the automatic focusing unit.
