Hair dyeing composition with improved durability

Reshaping compositions, methods or processes, and kits-of-part reshape keratin fibers. The reshaping composition is a non-reducing, non-oxidizing composition for keratin fibers having a pH in the range of 7 to 12, and comprising a) one or more organic alkalizing agents having a pKof less than 9.0, b) one or more lipophilic compounds being liquid at 25° C. and atmospheric pressure, at a total concentration in the range of 10% to 80% by weight, calculated to a total weight of the composition, c) one or more surfactants, and d) one or more thickening agents.

Reshaping composition for keratin fibers

Processes and kits-of-parts reshape keratin fibers and comprise applying a composition on to keratin fibers and cover the keratin fibers, wherein the composition comprise an alkalizing agent, a thickening polymer, and an organic solvent. Additionally, the keratin fibers are put under tension using a curler along with covering the curler with a moisture barrier, and heating the keratin fibers. As a result, long-lasting curl having cosmetic properties are achievable.

Process for reshaping keratin fibers

Processes and kits-of-parts reshape keratin fibers by applying a composition onto hair and covering the hair, wherein the composition comprises ammonia and one or more organic alkalizing agents. Additionally, the hair is put under tension using a curler with covering the curler with a moisture barrier, and heating the keratin fibers. As a result, long-lasting curl having cosmetic properties are achievable and an ammonia smell is reduced when directly compared to compositions having no organic alkalizing agent.
