Systems and methods for automatic securitization of sensitive information accessible under limited circumstances for the execution of tasks are provided. The systems and methods may receive a request to perform a task that corresponds to operations performable to complete the task. These operations include a sensitive operation that require use of sensitive information associated with a member. A link is generated in real-time as other operations are being performed. Through the link, the member can store their sensitive information in a data privacy vault without exposing the sensitive information to unauthorized entities. The task is transferred to a high-trust representative when the other operations are performed to allow the high-trust representative to access the data privacy vault to obtain the sensitive information. The high-trust representative uses the sensitive information to perform the sensitive operation without exposing the sensitive information to the member or any other unauthorized entity.

Systems and methods for data security associated with execution of tasks

Systems and methods for proposal generation in a task recommendation system are provided. A task recommendation system may receive a completed task template corresponding to a task associated with a member. The task recommendation system may automatically query a resource library in real-time to identify a proposal template corresponding to the task type. The task recommendation system may then identify a proposal recommendation for a proposal option associated with a set of proposal options included in the proposal template. The task recommendation system may generate and present a proposal that includes the proposal recommendation. Based on member interaction with the proposal, the task recommendation system may update the member profile and the resource library.

A computer-implemented method for generating tasks in a task facilitation service based on website data includes receiving website data for a website from a browser executed on a user computing device associated with a user. The method also includes processing the website data to generate a task recommendation for a task of the user and transmitting an indication corresponding to the task recommendation. When the indication is received by a computing device, the computing device is enabled to approve the task recommendation to generate a task corresponding to the task recommendation in the task facilitation service.

Systems and methods for generating and providing experience recommendations to members of a task facilitation service are provided. A task recommendation system can identify a set of experience recommendations within a geographic region. These experience recommendations are ordered based on a member profile. The ordered experience recommendations are provided such that one or more experience recommendations can be selected for presentation to the member. When the member selects an experience recommendation, tasks corresponding to the experience recommendation are generated and performance of these tasks is monitored. The member profile is updated based on the performance of these tasks, the selected experience recommendation, and feedback corresponding to performance of these tasks.

Automated recommendation and curation of tasks for experiences

Systems and methods are provided for generating task recommendations. The systems and methods include receiving sensor data associated with a user. The sensor data may be stored in association with a user model that corresponds to the user. A feature vector from the sensor data and the user model may be generated and used to predict task recommendations that may be likely to be approved by the user. A particular task can be selected from the one or more tasks for transmission to a computing device associated with the user.

Systems and methods for recommending tasks for execution by third party services

Systems and methods are provided for ingesting task-related data and providing task recommendations or generating tasks based on the ingested data. In certain embodiments, task-related data is obtained by a task facilitation service from third-party applications using a suitable interface, such as an application program interface (API), and the third-party applications may include plug-ins or extensions that facilitate communication between the applications and the task facilitation service. For example, task facilitation service may be configured to obtain and process data from websites and generate task recommendations based on the website data.

One implementation involves receiving one or more pre-filtering inputs from a member, where the inputs include task associations to identify message types to hide or display from a real-time chat interface based on the task associations. A set of messages are processed in real-time using a filtering algorithm to associate one or more tasks with messages of the set of messages, where the one or more tasks correspond to a set of tasks performable by the representative on behalf of the member. A first message is displayed based on the one or more pre-filtering inputs and a first task association with the first message, and a second message is hidden or not displayed based on the one or more pre-filtering inputs and a second task association with the second message.

Systems and methods for message filtering

Automated message tagging in a chat forward task facilitation communication system is described. One implementation involves receiving a set of messages between a member and a representative as the set of messages are being exchanged, processing the set of messages to identify one or more task flags associated with the set of messages, where the one or more task flags correspond to a set of tasks performable by the representative on behalf of the member, and tracking a chat flow within a chat interface, wherein the set of messages are exchanged within the chat interface. The chat flow is processed using a tagging algorithm to automatically assign at least one of the one or more task flags to messages of the set of messages, and message history is generated including the set of messages and corresponding task flag assignments with associated tasks of the set of tasks.

Integration of an external calendar application with a task facilitation service includes mechanisms for creating tasks within the task facilitation service based on calendar data of the calendar application received by the task facilitation service and processed using various dynamic models and algorithms. The task determination system automatically receives in real-time a set of messages between a member and a representative as these messages are exchanged. The set of messages correspond to a set of proposals associated with a task. The task determination system automatically identifying a selection of a proposal from the set of proposals based on an analysis of the set of messages. Based on the selection, the task determination system generates a set of proposal tasks and processes communications associated with these proposal tasks to monitor performance of these proposal tasks for completion of the task.

Systems and methods for representative support in a task determination system

Systems and methods for delegating tasks for a task facilitation service include receiving a delegation indicator for a task and determining a communication policy for the task in response to receiving the delegation indicator. The communication policy generally inhibits communication between the task facilitation service and a member of the service. Generation of proposals for completing delegated tasks and prediction of missing task data are also facilitated by aspects of the task facilitation service.
