A pool cleaner with a cover assembly that includes a bottom cover with a cover opening, a supply mast, a distributor manifold, a timer assembly, a scrubber assembly, and a venturi vacuum. The distributor manifold receives water from the supply mast and encircles the suction mast. The venturi vacuum is in fluid communication with the distributor manifold and is designed to vacuum debris from a pool surface.

A meter case used with a utility meter is disclosed. The meter shell includes a plurality of snap fit joints assembled on the meter case arranged to engage a module cover to mount the module cover to the meter shell. The module cover further includes wire housing formed along an inner periphery of the module cover that houses a wire having a first end and a second end therein. A metal shield placed behind the meter shell is electrically coupled to a first connector. A terminal electrically connected to the metal shield is arranged to discharge current to ground. An electrical contact electrically coupled to the second end of the wire is arranged to engage the first connector to establish an electrical connection to the metal shield for the discharge to ground of electrostatic currents sensed by wire.

A pool cleaner comprises a housing including at least two wheels, a supply mast, and a timer disc assembly configured to receive water from the supply mast. The timer disc assembly includes an outer housing, a plurality of outlet ports extending through the outer housing, and a rotating timer disc positioned within the outer housing adjacent to the plurality of outlet ports. The timer disc assembly also includes at least one stationary port seal liner positioned between one of the plurality of outlet ports and the rotating timer disc. The at least one stationary port seal liner includes an elastomeric piece and a liner piece, and the liner piece is in contact with the rotating timer disc.

A meter casing can include a metal shield, and an outer casing that includes a display screen cavity that maintains a display screen, an optical port cavity that houses an optical port sensor assembly including a dongle, and a seal button cavity that houses a seal button and a sealing element. The seal button cavity can include one or more recess cavities formed in the communications module cover. The optical port cavity can include a circular port to securely mount the dongle. In addition, snap joints can be provided, which can hold an optical port cover that covers the optical port with respect to the optical port cavity.

A pool cleaner including a turbine assembly, a timer assembly, and a scrubber assembly. The timer assembly is configured to rotate the turbine assembly in a first direction and a second direction. According to some embodiments, a pool cleaner includes a chassis, a housing supported by the chassis, at least one drive wheel supported by the chassis, and a turbine assembly that rotates in one of a first direction and a second direction to drive the at least one drive wheel. The pool cleaner also includes a timer disc assembly with at least one rotating timer disc. The timer disc assembly controls a flow of pressurized fluid away from the housing in a forward direction for backward propulsion assistance of the pool cleaner during a first time period, a rearward direction for forward propulsion assistance of the pool cleaner during a second time period, and a sideways direction for turning propulsion assistance of the pool cleaner during at least a portion of one of the first time period and the second time period. The timer disc assembly also controls a flow of pressurized fluid to the turbine assembly through a first opening for driving the turbine assembly in the first direction during the first time period and a second opening for driving the turbine assembly in the second direction during the second time period.

Some embodiments provide a pool cleaner having a housing including a bottom cover with a cover opening. A drive assembly is configured to drive one or more wheels. The pool cleaner further includes a supply mast, and a distributor manifold that receives water from the supply mast. A venturi vacuum assembly is in fluid communication with the distributor manifold, the venturi vacuum assembly designed to vacuum debris from a pool surface.

Embodiments of the invention provide a scrubber assembly for a pool cleaner comprising a center shaft and a rotary cylinder positioned around the center shaft and including an internal spur gear profile. The scrubber assembly further includes a first pinion gear engagable with the internal spur gear profile of the rotary cylinder and aligned off-center from the center shaft and a first end bracket coupled to a first end of the center shaft and rotatable about the first pinion gear.
