A method for generating content includes receiving information regarding electronic devices respectively capturing content associated with an event. The method also includes identifying, based on the received information, one or more parameters for the electronic devices to use in capturing the content, the one or more parameters identified to assist in generating multi-view content for the event from the captured content. The method further includes identifying, based on the received information, a common resolution for the electronic devices to use in capturing the content. Additionally, the method includes identifying, based on the received information, a common frame rate for the electronic devices to use in capturing the content. The method also includes sending information indicating the one or more parameters, the common resolution, and the common frame rate to the electronic devices.

A method of operating a user equipment (UE) includes receiving configuration information for a first and a second RS and receiving the first RS from a first base station (BS) and the second RS from a second BS. The method also includes measuring a time of arrival of the second RS relative to a time of arrival of the first RS, determining a differential propagation delay between the first RS and the second RS based on the times of arrival. The method further includes determining a transmission time for an uplink (UL) UE-dedicated channel to the second BS based on the differential propagation delay and transmitting the UL UE-dedicated channel to the second BS based on the determined time.

A method for managing mobility in a wireless communication system includes determining an initial mobility management configuration for a user equipment (UE) in a serving cell based on cell configuration information. The method also includes identifying a current context of the UE based on reports received from the UE. The method further includes determining an updated mobility management configuration for the UE based on the current context of the UE. Additionally, the method includes transmitting a configuration message to update the UE with the updated mobility management configuration. The method also includes determining whether to trigger a handover of the UE based on comparison of the serving cell and neighbor cell measurements with thresholds. The method further includes triggering the handover based on the updated mobility management configuration.

A method of operating a base station (BS) includes generating an indicator indicating that the BS is capable of supporting a high-capacity radio network temporary identifier (HC-RNTI), wherein a size of the HC-RNTI is based on a configurable granularity; generating a system information block including the indicator and information indicating the size of the HC-RNTI; transmitting, to a user equipment (UE), the system information block; and transmitting, to the UE, the HC-RNTI, wherein the HC-RNTI is allocated to the UE.

A method and apparatus in a wireless communication system is provided. The method and apparatus comprises: identifying a virtual tracking area (VTA) to tracking area (TA) (VTA-TA) mapping information indicating mappings between (i) TA identifiers (TAIs) associated with a non-terrestrial network (NTN) entity and (ii) VTAs associated with geographical areas as a function of time; identifying one or more TAIs at an instant or during a time period based on the VTA-TA mapping information; transmitting a radio resource control (RRC) request message including the one or more TAIs; and receiving an RRC response message corresponding to the RRC request message based on the one or more TAIs. The RRC response message includes a virtual registration area (VRA).
