The invention relates to an energy harvesting and self-cleaning system based on graphene aerogels and its preparation method, which a layer of metal collector is sputtered on both sides of the freeze-dried graphene aerogel by magnetron sputtering; the graphene aerogel with collector is fixed on the side and bottom of the substrate in series and/or parallel connection, and then is put into the electrolyte to get the target system. The system provides a new idea for mechanical energy harvesting. Firstly introduced aerogels into the field of mechanical energy harvesting. In addition, the system can not only collect mechanical energy, but also absorb oil and other impurities in the ocean, playing the role of ocean cleaning. The energy collection system formed by single aerogel can produce ˜220 mV open circuit voltage in Sodium Chloride Solution or organic electrolyte, and generate 2 W/kg power density.

Energy harvesting and self-cleaning system based on graphene aerogels and preparation method thereof

A method for preparing a monodomain liquid crystal elastomer smart fiber incudes: during cross-linking process of the liquid crystal elastomer, drawing of liquid crystal elastomer fibers with uniform diameter from a polymer solution when the viscosity of the cross-linked polymer solution increases to a point where filaments can be drawn; heating by an infrared lamp to form filamentous liquid crystal elastomer fiber; natural air drying to remove excess solvent in the fiber; and stretching and collection of the fiber, followed by placement of the fiber, whereby the monodomain liquid crystal elastomer smart fiber is obtained. The method uses a one-step liquid phase drawing method, which is simple and suitable for large-scale industrial production and enables continuous preparation of high-strength, large-deformation reversible shape memory liquid crystal elastomer fiber with uniform and controllable diameter, breaking through the limitations of the size, strength and driving performance of existing liquid crystal elastomers.

Method and apparatus for preparing monodomain liquid crystal elastomer smart fiber

Disclosed is a preparation method of an all-weather self-healing stretchable conductive material, which uses acrylic acid and modified polyglutamic acid as a substrate, adds Feto form coordination, adjusts the volume ratio of water and glycerin, and heats to generate radical polymerization, so as to obtain a uniform double-layer three-dimensional network structure. The obtained polyacrylic acid and polyglutamic acid composite hydrogel has good mechanical properties and characteristics of rapid self-healing. A composite carbon film is prepared by depositing a metal layer of 20 nm to 80 nm thick on a single-layer aligned carbon film by magnetron sputtering, and then the composite hydrogel is adhered to each of the upper and lower sides of the composite carbon film respectively to form an all-weather self-healing stretchable conductive material of a sandwich structure. The preparation method of the invention is simple, the source of raw materials is plenty, and the obtained materials have good electrical and mechanical properties and have broad application prospects in the fields of flexible stretchable devices, wearable devices, and soft-bodied robots and the like.

All-weather self-healing stretchable conductive material and preparation method thereof

Disclosed are an ultra-low temperature and high-capacity supercapacitor and a preparation method thereof. The electrode material used in the ultra-low temperature and high capacity supercapacitor is a composite porous carbon material comprising micropores and mesopores, the specific surface area of the electrode material is greater than 2500 m/g, the pore size of micropores is larger than 0.8 nm, the pore size of mesopores is 2-3.0 nm, and the proportion of micropores is greater than 70%. The electrolyte of the supercapacitor is a solution of spirocyclic quaternary ammonium tetrafluoroborate in a mixed solvent of 1,3-dioxolane (or methyl formate, or a mixture of both)/acetonitrile. Based on the above electrode materials and combined with the above electrolyte, the supercapacitors as prepared can have a mass specific capacitance of greater than 150 F/g and a volume specific capacitance of greater than 80 F/cm, under a temperature of &#x2212;100&#xb0; C. and at a current density of greater than 1 A/g.

Ultralow-temperature and high-capacity supercapacitor and preparation method therefor

A method for preparing a flexible membrane-free and wire-shaped fuel cell is provided. A carbon nanotube sheet is twisted and loaded with a catalyst to obtain a (CNT)@Fe[Co(CN)]cathode electrode; the carbon nanotube sheet is twisted and coated with a nickel powder to obtain a CNT@nickel particle anode electrode; and the (CNT)@Fe[Co(CN)]cathode electrode, the CNT@nickel particle anode electrode, and a fuel electrolyte of HOare integrated in a silicone tube to obtain a flexible membrane-free and wire-shaped fuel cell. The flexible membrane-free and wire-shaped fuel cell of the present invention can generate an open-circuit voltage of 0.88 V, while having very good flexibility, and can be woven into textiles such as clothes, thereby having great application prospects in the field of portable energy supply.
