The motor controller unit includes N bridge arms, and the motor includes N motor windings corresponding to the N bridge arms. Each of the N bridge arms includes a first end and a second end, the first end of each bridge arm is connected to a positive bus, the second end of each bridge arm is connected to a negative bus, a midpoint of each bridge arm is connected to one end of one motor winding, the other end of each of the N motor windings is connected to one end of a power battery, and the other end of the power battery is connected to the positive bus or the negative bus.

An electric drive system is connected to a power battery pack to drive a motor, the motor includes an exciting winding, and the electric drive system includes a bus, a three-level inverter circuit, an electric excitation circuit, and a controller. The bus includes a positive bus and a negative bus. The three-level inverter circuit includes a first bus capacitor and a second bus capacitor. The first bus capacitor is connected between the positive bus and a bus midpoint, and the second bus capacitor is connected between the negative bus and the bus midpoint. A first input terminal of the electric excitation circuit is connected in parallel to the first bus capacitor, a second input terminal of the electric excitation circuit is connected in parallel to the second bus capacitor, and an output terminal of the electric excitation circuit is connected to the exciting winding of the motor.

When determining that the load of the motor is greater than or equal to the preset load, the controller controls both the first drive circuit and the second drive circuit to start to work.

The traction battery and the auxiliary battery can be charged while the motor is driven, thereby achieving higher energy conversion efficiency, low costs, and strong applicability.

An energy conversion apparatus, a motor, a power system, and a vehicle are provided. The energy conversion apparatus may integrate a motor drive function by using a three-phase bridge arm converter and a motor winding, and integrate an alternating current charging function by using a two-phase two-bridge-arm converter and a transformer. In this way, the energy conversion apparatus can integrate the charging function and the motor drive function. When the energy conversion apparatus is installed on an electric vehicle, a vehicle integration level can be increased, a structure layout of the electric vehicle can be simplified, and costs and a volume of the electric vehicle can be reduced.

In an embodiment, an off-grid phase splitter includes: a first input port and a second input port that are separately connected to a power supply; a first output port and a second output port that provide a second voltage, and the second output port and a third output port provide a third voltage; a first capacitor connected between the first output port and the second output port; a second capacitor connected between the second output port and the third output port; a first switch circuit and a second switch circuit connected in series to form a first node between the first input port and the second input port, where the first switch circuit and the second switch circuit are unidirectionally switched on in opposite directions,; and an inductor connected between the first node and the second output port.
