It is provided an encryption hybrid model SI simulation method based on an ADS and an HSPICE. The method includes: extracting step response data of a TX end chip encryption model by using HSPICE transient simulation; externally generating a random code signal; and taking the extracted step response data and the random code signal as input sources of ADS channel simulation, to realize active simulation to the encryption hybrid model.

A method for designing a layout of a card edge connector and a server a card are provided. The method includes: determining, based on a type of a GND pin of a card edge connector and space between the card edge connector and GND vias, the number of GND vias connected to the GND pin to maximize the number of the GND vias connected to the GND pin; connecting each GND pin to all the GND vias that match with said GND pin to form one signal return path; and minimizing a length of the signal return path by setting all the GND vias that match with said GND pin in close proximity to said GND pin in the signal return path.

Method for designing layout of card edge connector and server card

A layout routing structure and a layout routing method for improving an SI performance of a signal are provided. Each of two positive and negative differential traces on a PCB includes multiple segments D1, multiple segments D2 and multiple segments D3. In each of the two differential traces, the segment D1 and the segment D2 are staggered and parallel to each other, the segment D2 is routed between any two segments D1, and any two adjacent segments D1 and D2 are connected by the segment D3. In one of the two differential traces, all of the segments D1 are routed on the glass cloth, and all of the segments D2 are routed on the epoxy resin. In the other of the two differential traces, all of the segments D1 are routed on the epoxy resin, and all of the segments D2 are routed on the glass cloth.
