HER2 binding polypeptides comprising the amino acid sequence EXRNAYWEIA LLPNLTNQQK RAFIRKLYDD PSQSSELLXE AKKLNDSQ wherein Xin position 2 is M, I or L, and Xin position 39 is S or C (SEQ ID NO:1) are disclosed. Moreover, such peptides comprising a chelating environment are disclosed. Also radiolabeled polypeptides formed by the peptides comprising a chelating environment and radionuclides are disclosed. Polypeptides having affinity for HER2

A new use of a molecule comprising at least one moiety which is a biologically active protein and at least one moiety capable of binding to a serum albumin of a mammal is provided, for preparation of a medicament which elicits no or a reduced immune response upon administration to the mammal, as compared to the immune response elicited upon administration to the mammal of the biologically active protein per se. Also provided is a method of reducing or eliminating the immune response elicited upon administration of a biologically active protein to a human or non-human mammal, which comprises coupling the polypeptide to at least one moiety capable of binding to a serum albumin of the mammal.

A TNF-&#x3b1; binding polypeptide is provided, which is related to a domain of staphylococcal protein A (SPA) in that the sequence of the polypeptide corresponds to the sequence of the SPA domain having 1 to about 20 substitution mutations. Nucleic acid encoding the polypeptide, expression vector comprising the nucleic acid, and host cell comprising the expression vector are also provided. Also provided are methods comprising a step of affinity separation or detection, in which step a polypeptide according to the invention is used. Such methods may be used for reducing the content of TNF-&#x3b1; in a body fluid.
