The object of the disclosure is to simplify and/or improve the operation of a medical system. To this end, a method for operating the medical system is proposed, in which a patient is moved relative to a component of the system, or the component is moved relative to the patient, according to a motion parameter. The motion parameter interacts automatically with another process parameter of the medical system so that a value of the process parameter changes dynamically with a value of the motion parameter.

Interaction of operating parameters in a medical system

System and methods are provided for an X-ray assembly including at least two X-ray facilities each with a control facility and a recording assembly including an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector. At least one of the X-ray facilities is a mobile X-ray facility with a mobile carrier carrying the recording assembly. The control facility of least one of the at least one mobile X-ray facility is configured to control the image recording operation of the respective X-ray facility using control data received from another control facility via a communication connection and/or to transfer at least one recorded image dataset to at least one further control facility via the communication connection.

X-ray assembly including a plurality of X-ray facilities

A method is provided for monitoring the exposure to radiation of medical personnel during an X-ray examination of an examination object with an X-ray apparatus. A monitoring unit is activated and continuously scans a first three-dimensional volume that includes a region directly irradiated by the X-ray beam, for objects. When an object is detected, automatic evaluation is performed as to whether the object is a human body part that does not correspond to the examination object and a signal or a display is output if a human body part is determined inside the three-dimensional volume that does not correspond to the examination object.

Monitoring method and monitoring system

An x-ray emitter includes a housing. In an embodiment, the method for assembling the housing includes producing a housing of the x-ray emitter and assembling the housing. The producing includes providing a material including a plurality of ferromagnetic particles, aligning the ferromagnetic particles through a magnetic field, the material being in a flowable state, and solidifying the material and fixing the alignment of the ferromagnetic particles.

Magnetic shielding of an x-ray emitter

An x-ray emitter includes a housing. In an embodiment, the housing includes a diamagnetic or paramagnetic housing material and a plurality of ferromagnetic particles. In an embodiment, the ferromagnetic particles are aligned substantially along closed paths. A medical device includes an embodiment of the x-ray emitter. A method is further for producing an embodiment of the x-ray emitter.
