In a method for producing a system for inductively transmitting energy to a mobile part, and a device for performing the method: a stepped bore is introduced into a floor; a sealing element is introduced into the stepped bore; a ring frame is held in place in the stepped bore with the aid of an alignment unit supported on the surface of the floor, the upper edge of the ring frame in particular being aligned with the height of the floor or with the surface of a floor covering applied to the floor, i.e. the upper edge in particular being brought to the same height position as the surface of the floor or the floor covering; the ring frame is set apart from the floor so that a gap region exists between the ring frame and the floor; casting compound is filled into the gap region; the alignment unit is removed; and a primary part is accommodated in the ring frame, in particular connected with the aid of screws.

A system for non-contact transmission of electrical energy to a mobile part has a double floor in which a primary part is situated.

System for contactlessly transmitting electrical energy to a mobile part which can be moved on the floor of a system

In a system for contactlessly transmitting electrical energy to a mobile part movable on a floor, a stepped bore is provided in the floor. A frame part is situated on the step of the stepped bore. A charge unit is accommodated by the frame part and has a receiving part situated between upper and lower cover parts. A primary winding is situated on the inner side of the upper cover part and is fed by an electronic circuit supplied with electrical energy with the aid of a cable that is at least partially accommodated in a cable-routing part. The cable-routing part is situated in a groove having a radial extension in relation to, and guided through the step of, the stepped bore, so that the cable is routed underneath the step of the stepped bore.

In a system for a non-contact transmission of electrical energy to a mobile part, the system has a bore introduced into a floor material, a frame part is accommodated in the bore, a receiving part is situated in the frame part, an electronic circuit is situated in the receiving part, the receiving part is at least partially covered by a cover part in the manner of a housing, in particular on one of its sides, a sheet-metal part is situated between the receiving part and the frame part, and the sheet-metal part touches the receiving part and the sheet-metal part touches the frame part.

In a system for non-contact transmission of electrical energy to a mobile part movably arranged on a facility floor, a charge unit is situated in a recess of the floor, the charge unit has a receiving part having upper and lower cover parts, a primary winding is accommodated in the upper cover part, the receiving part at least partially restricts a space region that accommodates an electronic circuit, a bore penetrates the lower cover part, and terminates via its first end region in the space region and terminates via its other end region in a further space region which is at least partially restricted by a dome wall provided on the lower cover part, and a diaphragm is situated on the bore.
