The present invention relates to a device for flushing a body cavity with a fluid, the fluid being pumped by means of two lines from the body cavity. The respective pumping capacity is regulated via controllable pinch valves, the two pinch valves being coupled in an antiparallel manner.

The present invention relates to an improvement of a hose cassette for a peristaltic pump. The hose cassette has a U-shape and is made from a flexible material, so that the liquid-conveying hose segment can surround the roller wheel in a better way, whereby the pumping capacity is improved. Surprisingly, a cassette configured in such a way can in an easier and more economical manner be made than cassettes of the prior art.

An invasive instrument for treating a vessel, which possibly includes secondary vessels, has a tip formed for the dissection of tissue at the distal end of a shaft to be introduced into the body, with at least one functional unit. The tip includes vessel receptacle means, arranged and formed such that, in the operating condition of the instrument, the functional unit of the shaft is kept clear, so that working on the vessel, a secondary vessel and/or on the surrounding tissue is possible using or by means of the functional unit and with the vessel receiving means the vessel can be fixed in a spatial position. The tip is movable relative to the shaft by means of a guide element and the tip is shiftable in axial direction, so that during the procedure a vessel arranged in the vessel receiving means can be spaced selectively from the functional unit.

A connecting element for connecting two hollow bodies through which a fluid can flow comprises a first connecting part which can be brought into fluid-tight flow connection with a first hollow body through which a fluid can flow, a sealing element which is arranged at least partially in an inner area of the first connecting part and a locking element which is arranged on an outside of the first connecting part. The locking element can be transferred from an unlocked position into a locked position, wherein the locking element in the locked position acts upon the sealing element in such a way that an inside diameter of the sealing element is smaller than when the locking element is in the unlocked position.
