A drive assembly comprises at least an electric drive having a drive shaft, and a transmission having at least one input shaft, wherein a drive power of the electric drive can be transmitted to the input shaft via the drive shaft, and can be transmitted from the input shaft into the transmission. The drive shaft and the input shaft are coaxial to one another and are interconnected by way of a toothing that is form-fitting at least in a circumferential direction. The drive shaft and the input shaft are at least frictionally connected at least in relation to an axial direction at least via a press fit formed in each case between an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface which are parallel to an axis of rotation, or the drive shaft and the input shaft together form a form-fitting connection via a connecting element.

Drive assembly having an electric drive and transmission

Differential arrangement, e.g., for a drive axle of a motor vehicle. The differential arrangement comprises a drive wheel; a differential gear having an input part; a shift clutch operatively arranged between the drive wheel and the differential gear, wherein in the closed state of the shift clutch torque is transmitted from the drive wheel to the differential gear and in the open state of the shift clutch a torque transmission is interrupted. A first clutch part of the shift clutch is fixedly connected to the input part or to a differential housing of the differential gear, and a second clutch part of the shift clutch is fixedly connected to the respective other one of the input part and the differential housing.

A coupling assembly comprises a coupling which is arranged between a driving gear and a differential drive; a controllable actuator for actuating the coupling; a sensor for determining switching positions of the coupling; and a target element which cooperates with the sensor, wherein the target element is axially moved upon actuation of the actuator; wherein a first coupling part of the coupling is connected to a differential carrier of the differential drive and wherein a second coupling part of the coupling is held in a rotationally fixed and axially movable way relative to a differential housing of the differential drive, and wherein the target element is secured to the second coupling part by a bayonet-type connection.

The disclosure relates to a connecting assembly, more particularly for being used in the driveline of a motor vehicle. The connecting assembly comprises a housing and a driving gear. The housing comprises a first housing part with a first flange portion and a second housing part with a second flange portion. The driving gear comprises a receiving portion for receiving the housing and a supporting face which laterally delimits the receiving portion, wherein the first flange portion of the first housing part is axially arranged between the supporting face of the driving gear and the second flange portion of the second housing part, and wherein the second flange portion is welded to the driving gear. An assembly for measuring force at a friction coupling, more particularly in the driveline of a motor vehicle. The assembly includes an outer plate carrier () at which outer plates () are held so as to be rotationally secured and in a way so as to be axially displaceable, wherein at least one of the outer plates () comprises an outer cam (); an inner plate carrier () at which inner plates () are held in a rotationally fast way and in a way so as to be axially displaceable; wherein the outer plates () and the inner plates () are arranged so as to alternate in the axial direction, while jointly forming a plate package (); a force measuring device arranged in such a way that, upon actuation of the friction coupling (), it is loaded by the cam () in an operating direction extending at a distance from, and transversely to, the longitudinal axis (A).

Assembly for determining torque at a friction coupling

An axial adjusting device includes two discs which are rotatable relative to one another and coaxially supported relative to one another, between which two discs balls are guided in pairs of ball grooves. The depth of the pairs of ball grooves is variable across the circumference of the discs. One of the discs is axially supported and one is axially displaceable against resilient returning forces of a first spring mechanism. At least one of the discs can be driven by a motor via a gear drive. A second spring mechanism is provided which&#x2014;during the return motion of the discs, after the balls have reached their end positions in the ball grooves, which end positions are determined by the greatest groove depth&#x2014;permit the drivable disc to overshoot against the resilient returning forces of the second spring mechanism.
