A fuel distributor, which is used, in particular, for fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing, internal combustion engines having externally supplied ignition, includes a distributor pipe, a first holder and at least one second holder. The distributor pipe has a longitudinal axis. In this connection, the first holder and the second holder are situated at the distributor pipe so as to be axially set apart from one another with respect to the longitudinal axis. The distributor pipe is designed to allow axial length compensation. It is also possible for at least one holder to be designed to allow axial length compensation.

Fuel distributor

A magnetic circuit for an ignition coil or a transformer, including an inner, essentially rod-shaped core and an outer core. The outer core includes a strip-shaped element of thickness, length and width, and is situated around the inner core in such a way that the strip-shaped element is positioned at the faces of the inner core with its thickness perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the inner core.

Magnetic circuit for ignition coils or transformers

An ignition coil for an internal combustion engine has a rod-shaped magnetic core, which is situated within a secondary coil shell. The annular interspace between the magnetic core and the secondary coil shell is filled with an electrically insulating molded material. To prevent the formation of tears in the molded material during thermo-mechanical loading, or the spread of such tears such that the operativeness of the ignition coil is adversely affected, a separation element is provided, which divides the molded material into at least two mutually separate regions.

Ignition coil for an internal combustion engine

An ignition coil arrangement for internal combustion engines is embodied so that a housing of an individual ignition coil can be produced economically, and attachment of the ignition coil can be accomplished easily. The ignition coil is configured as a rod-type ignition coil, and the housing is of basically cylindrical shape, since a holding element for fastening the ignition coil is configured in the high-voltage output of the ignition coil itself. Assembly and retention of the ignition coil are accomplished by a direct threaded connection on the high-voltage terminal of a spark plug. For rotational immobilization, a primary terminal of the ignition coil is coupled to a fastenable mating plug as a joining member. The ignition coil arrangement is preferably used in motor vehicles.

Ignition coil arrangement for internal combustion engines

An ignition coil for an internal combustion engine has a housing composed of synthetic plastic material, at least one main core provided with a coaxial primary and secondary coils, a return flux core surrounding the main core, a dome extending from the housing and having a high voltage connection connected with the secondary coil and associated with a spark plug of an internal combustion engine. The main core and the return flux core are composed of a plurality of coated lamellas. The return flux coil is provided with recesses extending through the lamellas for passage of mounting means for the ignition coil, the recesses each being coated with a bushing. The bushings are formed as synthetic plastic injection molded parts which are connected of one-piece with a synthetic plastic jacket of the return flux core.
