The cartridge piston has an outer wall, an inner support body and radial connection webs between the outer wall and the inner support body. In order to ensure a good sealing behavior under unilateral strain or asymmetric strain by a pressing plunger, a stiffening body connected to the connection webs is provided between the outer wall and the inner support body. The connection webs have a gap that extends at least up to half the height of the cartridge piston at the lower side of the cartridge piston between the outer wall and the stiffening body.

Cartridge piston

A multicomponent cartridge, particularly a two-component cartridge, contains a coaxial outlet with an outer outlet tube and an inner outlet tube concentric to the outer tube. A cap detachably connected to the coaxial outlet. A seal with at least one seal flange is arranged on the cap for contact on the inner and/or outer outlet tube. A simplified and improved seal is thus enabled, such that the seal includes at least one laterally projecting sealing edge, which extends around the inner and/or outer side of the inner and/or outer outlet tube of the coaxial outlet and/or on the side of the one or more seal flanges facing the outer and/or inner side of the inner and/or outer outlet tube.

Multicomponent cartridge

A cartridge, particularly a two-component or multi-component cartridge, with at least one cartridge neck and one outlet opening that is closed with a seal that is integrally connected to the cartridge neck, wherein this connection is sectionally realized at least in sections in the form of a predetermined break point, and wherein the cartridge can be opened by tearing off this connection. In order to allow a simple opening of the seal, it contains at least one cap that is integrally connected to the cartridge neck and at least one tear-off element that is integrally connected to the cap, wherein the connection between the cap and the cartridge neck can be torn off manually by exerting tensile force on the tear-off element.

Seal for a two-component cartridge

The invention relates to a coaxial two-component cartridge, with an outer tube and a separate inner tube, both of which tape at one respective end into a respective neck, wherein the inner side of the neck of the outer tube and the outer side of the neck of the inner tube are each provided with locking elements that can be moved into engagement with each other, for a coaxial introduction of the inner tube into the outer tube, such that they fix the inner tube relative to the outer tube coaxially and in a predetermined axial position. The coaxial two-component cartridge distinguishes itself in that the locking elements of the neck of the outer tube are formed by a plurality in the axial direction of successive channels, and the locking elements of the neck of the inner tube are formed by a plurality in the axial direction of successive ribs integral with the neck, and the outer diameter of the neck of the inner tube including the ribs is at least as large as the clearance diameter of the channels.

Coaxial two-component cartridge

An expressing device for a coaxial cartridge with an outer tube and an inner tube. In order to increase the filling volume of coaxial cartridges that can be expressed with commercially available metering guns, the expressing device is provided with a separating device for severing the inner tube and with a deflecting device for deflecting the one or more severed sections of the inner tube toward the inner wall of the outer tube when the coaxial cartridge is expressed.

Expressing or dispensing device for a coaxial cartridge

A cartridge plunger with at least one gas evacuation opening and at least one gas evacuation element covering the cartridge plunger opening. For a simple and dependable gas evacuation and to prevent any undesirable leakage of the filler material, the gas evacuation element is at least one cover disk that forms a labyrinth path running transverse to the plunger axis. The path is located between the contact surface of the cover disk facing the gas evacuation opening and a corresponding contact surface on the cartridge plunger.

The invention relates to a ventilation device for a piston for a cartridge. The ventilation device includes a first piston part which rests sealingly against the cartridge wall and a second piston part, which forms a valve with the first piston part. The valve opens when a pressure is exerted on the rear side of the piston so that the air is trapped between the filling composition and the piston can escape. According to the invention, a filter section is provided in front of the valve, between the two piston parts, as seen from the flow path of the air through the valve. This filter section has at least one narrow channel which forms a penetration barrier for the filling mass and ensures that the valve remains dry and free of dirt.

Ventilation device for a piston for a cartridge

The fill materials in the chambers of a two-component cartridge separated by the separating wall enter into outlet openings. An insert piece is mounted onto a small tube in which is formed the outlet opening, over which grips a mixing channel. The insert piece and the separating wall (,A) are connected fixed against rotation to one another. The fill material from the outlet opening (,A) passes over into a passage opening (,A) and exits through the outlet (,) from the insert piece (,A). The fill material from the outlet opening (,A) passes over into a passage opening (,A) and moves from there into a channel (,), which has the outlet (,A). The outlets (,A) and (,) are arranged closely adjacent to one another so that a mixing of the two fill materials occurs already during entry into the mixing chamber (,A) of the mixing channel (,A).

Two-component cartridge

An improved mixing column for mixing a plurality of liquid or paste-like components of a material has several tiers having at least two flow-division chambers which overlap each other at least partially, and where each of these superimposed flow-division chambers has a flow-division wall which divides the incoming fluid. A different passage opening of the tier is connected with each of the superimposed flow-division chambers. The flow-division chambers are connected to mixing chambers arranged on either side thereof. Successive tiers are oriented at 90.degree. with respect to each other and each successive tier is shifted an additional 90.degree. in the same direction of rotation such that the mixing chambers of a lower tier are in communication with the passage openings in the floor of the adjacent upper tier. In this way, improved mixing of the components is achieved with a more compact construction as well as simplified manufacture.
